The person saying the pharmacy is always "convieniently on lunch break"... Just so you know, it also "conveniently" says on their pull down windows that Target Pharmacy will take their lunch break from 1:30-2PM when there is only one pharmacist on duty. If this happens any other time, its probably because someone went to the restroom or something. With my experiences, they are always punctual. They know my husband and I by name, and always have out auto-fills ready when needed. If I drop off a prescription, they do take about 30min at the most, but that's usually during peak hours. Usually the norm is 15-20 min which is completely reasonable, they do have other things to do, right?

This has to be the WORST Target I have ever been to. There is one employee named Joey Gray verbally and physically harassed me as I asked him about the "great" prices. He then proceeded to break all the stuff in my cart and then spit in my face while simultaneously calling me a horse. There is also another employee named Joe Klein and after a talk with the man I realized that there is a real problem of bullying within the work environment with poor Joe being verbally abused after receiving the wrong schedule and showing up late. Stay away from this place.

i shopped there the monday before black friday if they didnt have the toy in stock that was on sale they issued rainchecks which i thought was great until i have had to call every day for a month to see if they have them in for a RUDE woman in toys to tell me we dont have them dont know if we are going to get them! SO i am taking all the video games i bought to go with the vmotions (rain check item) and i will not buy toys from a store whom gives out rainchecks for items they are not going to get in!! VERY DISAPPOINTED IN TARGET IN FLORENCE KY!!

I love this Target. Even during the holiday rush they have their act together so much better than that blue and yellow box store down the street (not to mention wildly different sociopolitical and economic policies). Im so glad that I can shop there with a clear conscience and its still convenient, affordable and pleasant! Even a Friday afternoon in December found me having to wait in line for no longer than 3 minutes, the cashier was very pleasant and I got to use a $5 off coupon on top of my 5% discount fir using my credit card. Score!

They do not honor policies. You cannot return an item at the store over $75 without a receipt. When you call the customer support line they say its the stores discretion of you can or not yet the store (manager) states that the system will not allow it company wide. Very bad experience from a loyal customer who will not return. Policy on exchange/refund: "We promise to do everything to make sure you are satisfied". You should change this if you are not going to follow it.

Would post less than 1 star if possible. Needed a dog scoop website says 20.99 on sale for 6.28 and it says only sold in store when I get here they say its an online thing, they discontinued it online and only selling in store now and not for 6.28. I know its not the stores fault but if it says one price and only sold in store that should be the price you get it for

Cashiers are very pushy about debit cards and other cards enough so that it makes me uncomfortable. If someone says "No, thank you" it means NO! Probably wont be back for awhile to be honest. I should have to spend 15+ minutes explaining that I dont want the card. Too pushy! And a little rude too, I did not appreciate it.

Small-ish Target with self-check machines, which Ive never seen at another Target. Staff has been friendly and helpful when Ive needed their assistance. The home goods section has recently been remodeled and it makes it a little harder to find what you are looking for, but it looks nice.

Pharmacy is always slow. Doors office is across the street and calls in Rx to the pharmacy and its always either, 1/2 hour wait, 20 minutes, 45 minute wait. Not that big of a deal, unless the sick kid I am taking to the pediatrician is with me and thats the medicine we are waiting on.

Pretty Pretty straight forward. Parking wasnt bad, had a Starbucks like most. Pros: Great Womens and Womens Plus selection and huge Clearance rack. Cons: Literally no mens shoes section at all. Lines were a little long. Overall: Its Target, its hard to mess one up.

Pharmacy is horribly slow. They are always conveniently on lunch break, no matter what hour I go in. And they dont bother to fill my called in orders until I arrive. I still wait 20 minutes or greater to have it filled, ruins the point of having it called in.

Took a long time to get items I went to pick after shopping online. Their items are great with good prices and I got a gift card promotion but the wait made us late to the event I needed the items for! If I do shopping online again, Ill do it the day before.

Love this Target! It seems every time Ive gone in, its a quick process. Nothing like Wal-Mart standing in line forever. They are always staffed adequately to ensure a speedy, stress-free shopping experience. I shop here often!

IT HAS A STARBUCKS, which makes shopping SO much better. Shelves were stocked well. Plenty of choices. Store was clean. Prices were reasonable. No ridiculous long lines at check out and plenty of registers open.

Items were priced wrong on ticket and cashier made me feel like it was at my doing, one item had a ticket on it and she hand keyed as if price was in correct. Pissed should have just walked out of store

The Florence Target store was completely out of the 16oz. Kick Start that was advertised in their flyer. That was the main reason I shopped there today. Found other bargains, so it was not a wasted trip.

Great remodel. I love being able to get groceries and fresh fruits there. Hate their return policy though. If you think there is a chance you might return something for any reason, get it somewhere else.

Friendly cashier and good selection of products at Florence Target. I do wish Target sold nutrition bars as single serve instead of just in boxes. No worries though, I still love Target.

Clean store. Very dirty bathrooms. No matter what time or day or week I come in. Dirty. Most target bathrooms are MUCH cleaner then this Target.

Grocery has some different things than typical grocery stores, and the run great specials. Love searching around in here for cosmetics too.
