Trek store in Tuscaloosa is a great place for all your bike needs. They have great quality bikes with a wide range of prices. I have been a customer of Trek for two years and have purchased two bikes a mountain bike that I love and a road bike that I love as well. Two totally different riding experiences. A good and fun way to get your work outs. The service is excellent. Kevin grey the service manager is very knowledgeable and helpfull on bike repairs and service as well as matthew. Most of my repairs where done while I waited. They have great and knowledgeable staff willing to help as soon as you walk in. Casey and Jayla will get on line and help you find exactly what you need if its not in stock I always leave with a smile on my face While you are waiting they talk and joke around with you and make you feel like part of the trek family THANK YOU GUYS FOR THE GREAT JOB YOU ALWAYS DO

Paid $200 for "necessary upgrades" and my bike doesnt function properly. Spent $80 on brakes that they told me will only last a short time after I paid for it. One of the teeth was missing on the second gear on the gearset and some of them were very worn down. I was told this wouldnt be a problem. It is a big problem and I cant go fast without the chain falling off to the first gear of the crankset. These were recommendations by Matt, which were terrible. Dont take their recommendations b/c you will waste hundreds on pointless upgrades. I am still very confused as to what they did for my bike other than get a new chain for it and clean the cassette.

Needed a new tube and couldnt find it at target or Walmart. Came here and showed them the specs, and Kevin was able to find the tube right away. I expected it to be a little pricy being a dedicated bike shop, but it was actually cheaper than target. Found my new home for bike needs in Tuscaloosa.
