Went to city bikes about two months ago to buy my very first mountain bike. A gentleman by the name Arnardo assisted me. He listened to me, worked with me, gave me a great price and was done with the transaction in no time. He didnt try to sell me useless stuff or fill me head with crap, he was direct and prompt with any of my concerns. I hate shopping, when I shop, I tend to go for I want and leave as soon as possible. Ive returned a few times to buy equipment and every time was taken care of promptly. Also, I dropped by one day for a service matter, they told me that they will take about two hours to fix my problem, I replied that I was pressed on time and lived too far to just leave the bike. They ended up attending me then and were completed within minutes. This place is great! Wish I lived closer to it. Nov 9th: I took my bike in for the 30 day servicing/tuneup and was attended by Sam. Sam was helpful and even remembered my name the day after when I went to pick up my bike. The mechanics left my bike looking brand new, exchanged my rear dérailleurs shifting cable and housing, all at no additional price. Make sure to tip your mechanics, they do a hell of a job!

Can say enough good things about them. Level of personal attention, giving that they extremely busy, is unparalleled. I have been mostly dealing with David and hed been on top of things all the time providing best customer service I have ever encountered. For the last couple of month David recommended me to do a personal bike fitting but I was always reluctant to do it because I thought it was a little expansive and I would rather spend this money on the new toy for a bike. Finally I gave in and had a personal session with Alberto. I never realized how much time and detail goes in to it and how much difference that makes. After 2 hours of measuring , video recording and adjusting I got my personal measurements and recommendations that were later transferred to my C60. That same day I took my bike for ride and WOW, I never felt so comfortable and powerful on it. I was completely blown away and wish I had done it sooner. If you a serious rider I would strongly recommend to talk to Alberto and get it done. !!!

Having visited almost every bike shop in the Miami, Miami Beach, Aventura and Fort Lauderdale area I can say without a doubt that City Bikes is the best! Great selection of bikes and accessories coupled with awesome service and quick response times. They recently opened the Trek Precision Fit Studio where I had the opportunity to get a new bike fit done with Guido. As a fellow triathlete, he understood the nuances of a tri-specific fit and spent a lot of time and attention on making sure everything was perfect. I ride a Trek Speed Concept 9.9 and it helped that the system he used was Trek specific but it can work with any bike...Im not sure about the science and data behind it but I definitely feel much better, aero and aggressive on the bike now compared to all my previous fits including with the Retul system. Im leaving Aventura so slightly sad that I wont have them as my local bike shop anymore! All the best guys

The Nicest Shop I Have Been In. Friendly and Extremely knowledgeable. I was down here for a while now and was in the market for a new bike. I walked into the store and started looking around. After speaking to David "He is the man" he showed me a couple deals they had. I didnt know what I liked more. We ended up custom building me a bike from scratch. I picked up a Felt F1 With Zipp 404s NSWS Sram Etap And Carbon Bar and Stem From Zipp. He also helped my wife pick out some accessories for my son. We bought a helmet and pump for my kids bike. He was extremely patient and helpful. The mechanics area top notch. When I came back for my first service they walked me through everything that I should look at for. I will be coming back in to buy some more gear and probably a new bike for my little guy. Check this place out its worth the visit.

I started cycling about 5 years ago, and my first experience at a bike shop was City Bikes in Aventura. The folks there were so awesome that I must blame them for what has become my obsession with cycling and beautiful bikes and great equipment and gear. I live in the Bahamas and whenever I travel to the Miami area I must pay homage to City Bikes and I always find great buys there. The staff is well informed and super helpful. The store is now expanded and such a great atmosphere. The shop rides are reason enough for me to travel to miami for weekends. In the short time I have been riding I have amassed a collection of 6 road bikes and tons of other cycling gadgets and stuff. I swear by the place and direct all my cycling buddies to shop there, so you should too.... Scott

Good friendly staff. Very helpful in choosing a bike. Offered just about every brand of road bikes. Pricing was up-front during the initial discussions, versus having to guess at some shops. They even offered discounts on most bikes without even asking. Once purchased the fit of the bike was professional and thorough. They included free water bottle and cage, some discounts on accessories, and a free 30 day checkup on the new bikes. They even gave one of us loaner pedals until our new Look pedals arrived. As always check out as many bike shops as you can when purchasing a bike, but definitely include them on your list.

The best bike shop in south florida PERIOD! I have experienced a level of service here that can not be matched by any other shop. They are real world class cyclist and true professionals. Sales and service are top notch. They specialize in high end road bikes this is no secret. However ! If you want anything from a weekend beach cruiser to a high end road bike or mountain bike this is the place. Owned and operated by a true cycling staff that all pedal. Would you go to a bakery if your car was making a wierd sound? I proudly recommend CITYBIKES to friends and family.

Im not a pro nor amature rider I ride long distance at much slower pace then most at first o was kind of intimidated to walk in there with my regular mountain bike after seeing all these pro bikes outside and others walking in with gear on like there just coming from tour da France I was like let me go to Walmart lol seriously since day one its worth spending the money to learn and pay to get your bike serviced by these guys all customers to them are just as equal no matter who they are one day Ill get to that amateur level.
