Place has great customer service, but they underestimated their lighter colored paints. Needed two coats for Seafoam and Pampas Grass. Because street parking is non-existent in Hoboken, I really appreciated the guys helping me cart the paint to my double parked car. Also because my purchase order ran later than their hours, they allowed some customers in after the door was locked for small items instead of totally ignoring them. Really great customer service.

I came in with a problem, and had to simply ask for help finding a solution. For over an hour, a number of employees assisted me, giving me options and ideas that I simply wouldnt have had on my own. I ended up fixing the problem, in addition to picking up a few household items, all for under $20.

Super friendly staff, Im surprised at how far back this place goes, they really do have everything. My only gripe is that they close early! Often when I get home from work they are already closed during the week. And sometimes I need paint at 8pm, ok?

This store is helpful, but overcharge too much, I bought acrylic sheet there, they charge me twice the other hardware store charge, which is 2 blocks away. Ridiculous. Customer should definitely compare price before buying!!!
