A large hardware store for Brooklyn, while not a soulless mega-chain, this place has just about everything you might need. Sure, it might not be the exact brand you want, but what do you expect? There are eighty bazillion doorknobs in the world, they can only stock so many. What really sells me on this place is the customer service. They sold me something, it broke while I was installing it, IT WAS MOSTLY MY FAULT, and they still gave me a replacement part. What great folks.
