Their prices are decent and they have most common hardware items in stock. However, their customer service leaves much to be desired. Most of the time they make you feel they are doing you a favor by selling something to you or answering a basic question like where something is in the store or if they have something in stock. So, for me, I go there only if I must and try to minimize the interaction with those working there...

Very poor judgment from the front desk guy to juke around with customers, I almost walk away from the store when he said Im on my break dont talk to me, talk to this guy!! His attitude probably come from the ownership. I feel sorry for them!!!

Utterly useless. No shelf wider than 11 inches. Closet shelves not able to be cut to size and staff that has no idea whats going on.
