We went to purchase a washer and dryer I would say about 2 weeks ago. In our repair service agreement it states we can cancel our "repair service agreement"...but now were told we cant because Acceptance Now has bought our contract and they already paid it. We were being charged for two repair service agreements. One through Conns (perfect name since they con their customers), and one through Acceptance Now. After Lavonne (sp?) noticed that she said she could waive the fees that pay your bill if you lose your job and that she would waive the other fees which would total roughly $30. After reading everything there are a TON OF HIDDEN FEES. Ill list them for you. Suspense fee: $1.35, Process Fee $10.00 Waiver Fee $10.00 Club Fee $13.42. After doing their "$99.00 special" Only HALF of our money ended up going to the principal balance...then on the agreement with Acceptance Now it says a completely different amount went towards it. (about $10 more) THERE IS ZERO COMMUNICATION BETWEEN CONNS AND ACCEPTANCE NOW. When the guys delivered our equipment they put it on a wash cycle because it has a "new smell"...Well that "new smell" still hasnt left. It smells like mildew or rubber and it was allegedly BRAND NEW. We were told that we need to read the agreement that was emailed to us because the one we SIGNED that we have on paper is basically irrelevant because we went through Acceptance Now instead of Conns. If that is the case WHY WAS THE LEGAL DOCUMENT SIGNED! and WHY was a copy of the agreement given to us??? Now when I just called to have them pick it up, Lavonne (which maybe this is her everyday attitude) just seemed extremely rude, didnt take down any of my information and is going to have someone call back to schedule a pickup. Anyways, just save your $$$ and your time. Buyer Beware! Also, I am filing a BBB report after I post this cause there is no way after all of the misleading information weve been given that theyre going to put this on our credit report as a "charge off." There will be no way in hell, and we will fight that and do everything we can from a legal stand point if it is on there when we check it.

I tried to go through this company for furniture and at first all was well when I gave them the money for a deposit. I found a furniture store that was cheaper than the company I went through so I cancelled my order. So the reps at the store said they couldnt give me a refund which was expected. So I called corporate for their call center to give me the run around. I finally get in touch with someone and they claimed they couldnt give me the info I needed to get my money back and that I had to wait for the GM to call . He called 48 hours later saying that he was sorry and the money will be sent. I waited a week after to check the status and the call center rep said the check was sent 6/6/16 and I had to wait up to 7-10 Days until the check would be at my home. So I did wait and the 10th Day had passed. I called again and now I have to wait 24 hour until the DM calls me. So Im just wondering why should I go through all this bull...if I gave them cash in hand... They need a better system and better communication because as of now yall freaking suck. - pissed off customer

After paying off my furniture I never received a close out certificate. I have called the District Manager Armando but he ignored my calls, the store manager in Selma Troy who texted my phone stating he would send it but never did. I called this corporate office and Erica a supervisor stated I would receive a call from the Regional Manager but he never called me. I just called back today Erica did not come to the phone so Cilen the customer service rep. stated she was putting me on hold for Kimberly another supervisor. Kimberly left the call on hold for 18 minutes past 5pm then they closed. This company is so horrible and they have changed managers like socks.

Im not a satisfied customer, ACCEPTANCE NOW they will stop you from making a payment, tell you your bill has been paid in full, mail you a certificate of ownership then they will write you off ( CHARGE OFF ) which is not good on your CREDIT REPORT. I would have never agree to that whereas I only had $252.00 left to pay. Its sad how they come to poor area to make your credit worst. Do your self a favor please check the BBB first..I also wish I can give them a ZERO.location 3022 W. Mercury Blvd (store # 5991 Hampton, VA 22666. A VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER...

If I could give zero stars I would. I have been waiting for three months for someone from the corporate office I have been calling every other day if not every day. It turns out there has not been a director of operations in a while. I was suppose to once again receive a phone call from the director this morning as soon as he got into his office. And once again there was no phone call.

They need a better no interest program like conns in store does 0 interest if paid in full by 12 months, you guys only do 3 months no interest then demand full payment up front thats the same as buying it full price not good at all.

They conned me into buying your TV and not accept payments threatened to call the police and say I stole their TV very disappointed with their service they are liars and con artists that want to hold you under a contract

This company sucks!!!!!! Still waiting for a refund check since oct 1st and called corporate and found out no check has been sent out
