We bought love seat/couch combo from them in February. We liked the look and they were comfortable to sit on. We know its not high end furniture but our older stuff was just no good anymore. It took a few days to show up at the store and we went to pick it up. Unpacked the love seat and it looked great. Unpacked the sofa and noticed two of the buttons were completely unattached and hanging by the string. We then boxed it back up and put it in the garage. We called them to let them know and they said someone would get back with us. After contacting them twice more we finally received a response. We had to take pictures of the buttons so they could then confirm. They then asked why we didnt refuse the sofa before we brought it home. We told them it was all packaged up. They told us service guy inspects it so we should have seen the damage and refused it. We told them he never did. They said "well, we need to confirm this". A few days later they finally got back and said they reviewed the security tape and saw that he never inspects it so yes, they will repair it. I said "cant you just order another one and we bring this one back to the shop?". Nope, they need to repair it. It then took two weeks for them to come out and finally repair it. The guys who did it were great. A few weeks later though other buttons started coming loose and the back cushions started collapsing. Now we have one button missing, 3 other ones complete unattached and hanging by the string, and several others loose, and the back cushions look pretty bad. Meanwhile the love seat looks greats still, no loose buttons and cushions nice and firm. We use them both the same amount of time. Not sure if the sofa was just a bad batch or what. 2 stars because we liked the set, looks good, comfortable, sales people were good and repair guys were excellent. Not happy with the quality of the sofa and the hold up with getting it repaired when they should have just exchanged it. Now we need to buy new cushion inserts as they are pretty bad even only being 4 months old. If they had exchanged it with one that held up as well as the love seat it would have been 5 stars. Edit: have now had the set for just about one year. Love seat is okay, cushions are nice but the sides are starting to get loose. And the sofa? Terrible! Absolutely a joke. Not happy with this purchase at all. Should have listened to the wife and just splurged on crate and barrell.

This is a very horrible place!!!!! DO NOT PAY WITH CASH EVER!!!!! I was going to purchase furniture here but changed my mind,found better quality furniture at Rooms to go, and cancelled my order. I paid for the furniture in cash thinking if I changed my mind I would get my money back immediately because at a normal place a business it takes longer for debit card purchases than cash,but not here! So when I decided to cancel my order the salesman said I would have my money that Friday via check, that took me for a loop because no one said I would have to wait nor did the paper work. Which should specified before paying or on paper work when signing.Never the less I waited Friday comes and I go to the place excepting my money, NOTHING NOW ITS 2 weeks I have to wait. Im pissed at this point. Now fast forward to today I call to make sure my money is there STILL NOTHING!!!!! So I asked for corporate number, Theres NOT A CORPORATE NUMBER, what type of BULLSHIT BUSINESS IS THIS?! Who doesnt have a corporate number? Now I have no clue when they will be giving me back my money. 2271.00 I have no clue when Im getting it back

When I first went in the sales person told me I didnt have to put any money down. When I got to the counter she mentioned 49.99 the money wasnt the problem the misleading was. I put my purchase on hold to get the memorial day special due to the fact my apt wasnt ready with financing they wanted me to pay a monthly bill and my furniture would be sitting at the store. Received my apt went to the store several times and the finance manager wasnt in. I dont see why they wont hire a part time and a full time finance manager if this has been a on going issue I asked for a refund as manager of the store is putting in my refund another unhappy customer entered the building ranting and raving he wanted his money back if they couldnt keep their word and deliver his furniture when they promised him..2 unhappy customers 5 mins apart still waiting on my refund that cant be paid out to me in cash the way I gv it to them and the manager still hasnt returned my call regarding it after taking down my info and said hell get back with me

I purchased an oversized loveseat from them almost a year ago. The first one broke within two months and was replaced. I thought it was because of the warranty they provide on their products. I was wrong. The second loveseat broke a few months ago and they are telling me that I have to bring the loveseat to them for it to be shipped off for repair. So, I now have to be a furniture mover(dont have a truck), not have said piece of furniture for about three weeks, and pick up that piece of furniture from their location when it is fixed and returned. That is ridiculous and Im glad I waited before deciding where to shop and fill the rest of the house with furniture. I will never shop with them again, since their warranty is essentially worthless, and their furniture is as well. Find somewhere with quality product that backs up that product. So disappointed. I liked some of the other furnishings I saw, however this proved I could not rely upon their product or "warranty". You get what you pay for.

Don’t be fooled. Good in-store customer service until you are their customer & sign the dotted line, then not helpful. I bought a mattress about 2 weeks ago and was happy with the in-store customer service and price that within a few days I went and bought my mother the same mattress. Both were delivered the following week as planned. However, the furniture that I received felt nothing like the mattress on the floor, so this is not high end furniture. I called back within 2 weeks from delivery just not happy with the way the mattress felt. Not able to sleep and I have given it time to break in. Even though the contract mentions all sale final, I called the Mesquite location hoping to make an exchange and pay the difference on a different mattress. Not looking for a refund. They were quick to say “there is nothing that can be done”. WOW……I guess you get what you pay for!

We went in about a year ago to buy a new bedroom set. The slats that go inbetween the bedframe are super cheaply made and one broke before i could even screw it in. But what made me write the review is today i called the financing company they had us use to see when our payments were up and they told me i still owed 1600 dollars. (On a bedroom set that cost us 1400 ) hows this possible? Well the guy who sold us our furniture didnt go over the agreement aNd just had us electrically signing off on a "Lease" (which we werent informed of, we were told it was financing) our total came to a little over 3000 dollars for some cheaply made furniture. Just make sure you bring the cash with you so you dont have the problems i did. Ive learned my lesson amd will be going somewhere else when i need new furniture.
