We were referred from friends to use Havertys. Bought a top of the line Sterns and Foster mattress for $2500, less than a year - still under warranty... The handles rip from the mattress and neither Havertys nor Sterns and Foster are willing to fix or replace the mattress. So unacceptable, if we can afford to buy a $2500 mattress , there is a GOOD chance we would go to them to buy other merchandise if we were treated good! NOT going to happen, and I will tell all my friends, colleagues and anyone NEVER to use Havertys. Poor customer service! Dont buy Sterns and Foster either! Im unsure if its just Havertys whom said it was Sterns and Foster fault. Whatever it is I would think that a company would want your business in the future! They even admitted it was a Sterns and Foster defect. So disappointed in both Havertys and Sterns and Foster!
