This place REALLY needs to get it together. After paying in full, I was delivered the wrong bed and the wrong couch. The couch was a sectional and the chaise was facing the wrong way. I was told it could be ordered both ways, and I was not told it only came one way. So I had to go back to the store and order another couch, and have her call the distributor because she obviously cant do her job right the first time. I couldnt even sleep on the bed because I had to leave the plastic on. Sherry lied and told me the bed she sent me is more comfortable and expensive, which is ridiculous because it was hard as a rock. I told her I wanted what I PAID FOR. They told me I would have to wait a week for the furniture I paid for, and they would throw in 2 complementary memory foam pillows worth "$300". I found them for $20 A piece online. On the date of delivery I sat and waitied and finally called and she said it would be 2 more days, because they have my bed but not my couch. I asked why wasnt I told this? This store lacks communication skills. I wanted my bed right then, because i had already paid for it and cant sleep on plastic. After hanging up on me twice, I asked for a refund, and she agreed to have it delivered that day. She just does NOT know how to run a buisness, or communicate with customers. The salesman are pretty cool, but the owner Sherry or whatever her name is knows NOTHING about how to handle disgruntled customers, she hangs up on them, and needs to really get her business together. She needs to learn more about buisness, shes a sad excuse for an "owner". She also pulls the "STORE CLOSING" and then a week later "GRAND OPENING" gimmic. If you go in talk to Rob, he will give it to you straight, and avoid Sherry at all costs! She will lie, and always has an attitude. Get it together or sell the buisness girl!

This place is horrible I bought a dining table a set of couches a few coffee tables and bed set on March 3rd my stuff was supposed to be delivered on the 5th of March it never got here I never got a call 5 minutes to the store closed I called and she lets me know nothing is there after I talked to her earlier that day she said she had everything except my bed. She later promised me Monday Monday came nothing got here till like 2:15 and it was only my couches and my table the people who delivered my my furniture didnt even built my table right. Now last week or so I received my bed broken and she told me that her man of thirty years could not have missed the crack on the bed and I told her the people couldnt even built my damn table right I wouldnt be surprised if they broke the bed they dont even deliver on the actual delivery truck they deliver in an old beat-up pickup. Then she tells me she is going to see if the warehouse can replace my bed after it was delivered broken. Until this day April 2nd Im waiting for my bed to be replaced its been almost a month that I have not been able to sleep in my bedroom. And they give everyone the lame excuse that the truck driver crashed and thats why they cannot deliver your furniture I know two people who bought stuff from here who got the same f****** excuse.

This place is so unprofessional and rude I will never purchase anything from here again I wish Id read the reviews before going! I ordered a two seater table as well as a standard black dresser with a mirror I was told I could pick it up on a certain day. When that day came the dresser nor the table had arrived and I had taken off work to get it. Then I was told that since I had a balance left to pay they wouldnt pick it up but the lady did not tell me that when I told her I would pick it up and pay the remaining balance the same day she smiled and said it was fine. Then the person I had to pick up the table had another appointment so I called to ask since there was a mistake and the incorrect information given could someone deliver it they tried to charge me for the delivery when it was their employee who gave incorrect information also the delivery guy was really rude as well! I will never spend any money here again and I wouldnt advise anyone else to either! You know its bad when someone takes the time out to write a full review on a place

I have never stepped a foot in this place, and after what I saw I would never want to do business there. While getting a snowcone next door, a man was cleaning the sidewalk so he could get a snowcone and a male employee from the furniture store was so rude to this older man. He wasnt bothering anyone at all, he was simply trying to earn a snowcone by working. This guy from the furniture store had no business being rude to this older man. Its disgusting to see how ppl are treated. We live in such a hateful world.

Met with Owner Sharee, Very warm and Very Professional, a jewel to do business with. The entire staff was very helpful and friendly, very good experience. Had a Great selection of furniture and what expressed me, if she didnt have what you desired, she could order it and have it delivered to you.. I would tell everyone to come and shop there, because it is The Right Priced Furniture and the best owner/staff. .

this little place is a good place to buy furniture if you havent got the cash to afford nice things on the spot. i went to this place thinking it was just another high interest and high taxation funrniture store.iwas wrong, i put my sofa on lay-a-way and my table for the exact price it said it would be. and not to mention a little discount for buying one couch.
