Horrrible Service/ Mal Servicio The gentleman claiming to be the manager. Robin Kim was beyond rude. I was ready to spend over $800. I usually buy at Bigger franchise stores. In my effort to help local small business. I decided to check this store out. He basically told me to go to another store see if they have a floor model I was looking at, because he did not know anything about the couches I was willing to order from catalog. I was asking if he had anything similar in his floor. He just kept saying no, you can leave, I dont know anything. What kind of business are you running. Please dont buy here. He is rude and from what I saw they are simply taking advantage of people. I over heard a couple of people waiting to pick up and he was so rude to them too. People just because its not a "high end" store doesnt mean you have to take their horrible customer service & lack of professionalism. No compren aquí. Son aprovechados y despotas. No le den su dinero a personas que no agradecen su negocio. Si no fuera por compradores no estarían en negocio.

I purchased a couple of bonded leather recliners by Ashley. Upon purchase, I was told they were a big seller and would have at least a 5 year wearable life. My delivery date was not at a promised acceptable time frame which was very frustrating. My chairs started to Crack and tear after 3 months. I contacted the store on Garland Rd. And they avoided my complaints til the mfg. Warranty was expired by 2 days. They were very rude to me and all but told me I was screwed and stop calling them. I had no recourse, and was left with 2 oversized raggedy chairs. Upon 1 year of ownership, I had to throw them away. Not so much as losing $800, but, was treated like dirt by the family of owners of this particular store. The furniture is over priced cheaply built knock-off trash.

Im giving two stars because while their furniture is affordable and nice, customer service can be off at times. We had a big miscommunication that resulted in me receiving half my furniture I paid off, only to have a choice of getting a display they had on the floor already. I asked for him to at least extend the service of replacing a leg on my furniture that was defected upon receiving it. He said yes but never kept his word. And for that i will not return to this place to give them any more of my money.

great prices, great service I had a fantastic experience purchasing my couch from Wow. I looked online at couches for a month, then visited stores. I finally found the one I wanted online and looked up distributors locally. He beat every online price with delivery. Anytime I want a new piece of furniture now I always look on Wows site first and reach out to see if they can get it if its not on the site. Such great prices and customer service I recommend it to any friend looking for furniture.

We have had nothing but excellent experience with WOW.We have been going to the furniture store for over 12 years. We have always been treated very well. You cant get a better deal anywhere. The furniture is extremely good quality and the best price. Robin has worked with us and has always been very accommodating. I would not buy furniture anywhere else!

Worse place to buy furniture, waited a month nothing, once I finally made a big deal and picked another item out they got it the next day scheduled a delivery between 6 and 8, well that didnt happen. Dont buy from this horrible place

Owner is very unprofessional. They charge $90 for delivery. You looks like you are getting a good deal until the owner adds on these unnecessary charges. This place is a complete ripoff

I live behind them. Their alarm goes off several times every night,usually around midnight. They need to fix it.
