Fiancée had gone here too have a broken chain link fixed - an Indian gold necklace. Though they checked the quality of the gold, weighed the necklace, they never said anything other than that they would be able to fix it within an hour. They even offered to call and let us know once it was done. However, we didnt receive a call and we went to collect it after a few hours. Fiancee walked in alone and didnt come out for a long time. Called her to see what happened and she said theyd broken the necklace. In another spot! Worst is that they didnt even have the grace to call us and let us know. Thats bad customer service and surely a sign of guilt. Theyd done something wrong. I walked in and the manager there was telling my fiancée that they never work on higher karat gold. Seemingly to tell us that it was our fault that we gave the necklace to fix. By the way, we never begged them to fix it. They checked everything before they took on the job! Anyways, they said they can fix it within an hour and we left the place. Going back after an hour, theyd fixed it but I was really worried about the quality of work. And it was sad to see that the lady who helped us in the morning (forgot her name) didnt even glance at us! And no one even offered to waive off the charges for fixing the original problem! If you have any love for your jewellery, please avoid this place. It is safer to visit an Indian jeweler who will surely do a better job! Places like this need to realise that trust is everything! Now I know why places get sued here in America.

I will NEVER shop at a Jared store EVER. I would really like to make you aware of the horrible service I received at one of your locations. I went in to take a look at some rings and had the most racially discriminating experience of my life. I just finished conducting a job interview at a nearby restaurant and thought I would stop in to purchase some of the stack-able rings. Upon entering, a sales associate, who was an older white female, asked me how she could help. I told her I was interested in purchasing a few stack-able rings. After she showed me over, I asked the simple question, "What is the smallest ring size you carry?". Considering I was in a jewelry store, I assumed that my question was pretty clear. Instead of the question being answered however, I was repeatedly asked if I wanted to open a credit card account to purchase the ring so I didnt have to pay for it all up front. Just to put this in perspective, we are talking about a stack-able ring here. Not an engagement ring, not a wedding ring, a stack-able ring. After a bit of back and forth, I grew uneasy and left the store without purchasing anything. Of course I am not happy at all with my recent experience. As a national company, you have a responsibility to ensure that your staff is well trained. Every customer deserves to be treated equally, fairly, and without racial bias. I am very disappointed by recent experience and I will never attempt to shop at any of your stores again!

This review is based on our short visit to this Jareds. This store does have some beautiful pieces. Mostly different types of gold, with and without precious gemstones. There is also a pretty large selection of high end timepieces, and a small section of sterling silver jewelry. I gotta say though...if you and your partner have never felt any pressure in the engagement/wedding ring department (or in those areas in general), I can almost guarantee that youll feel otherwise if the ladies who are working there tonight are there when you visit. My beau and I absolutely understand that they are in the business of facilitating jewelry for occasions such as those, but if we answer "no thank you, were just browsing", to your asking us (very presumptuously) if were looking for an engagement ring, please dont start asking us next if were looking for wedding bands! There was one lady in particular who followed us the entire time, and kept asking us questions until we left. We get that the employees here might be bored, but why not find some glass to clean or something?

Was a long time customer but recently I start having worse experience with Jared management. I used Jared exclusively for pas 13 years and was pleased with experience but now I am getting worse experience. Bought watch from them but they were scratch and Jared was blaming me that I did it. Bought Le Vian ring and have them size it up and while doing it they damaged and all I get from a manager we not supposed to size Le Vian ring we did it out of courtesy which I didnt ask. So they did something for me that I wasnt asking while doing it they damaged it and manager is saying nothing she can do. I told he I wont return to Jared anymore and all I hear please go ahead and use somebody else for your needs. I will go ahead and use somebody else for my buying need. I wont spend a penny anymore in Jareds stores. This is the worse service I could get at Jared after being loyal customer for 13 years.

I choose Jared The Galleria of Jewelry because of their advertising and location in proximity to where I work. I visited the store on Ashford Dunwoody Road just before lunch time. When I walked in, there was one customer at the counter being helped and one other customer in a private room with another representative. I proceeded to walk around and look at some of the jewelry thinking SOMEONE will acknowledge me soon. After 10 minutes with not so much as a "Hello" another couple came in... key word being "couple". The sales representatives started appearing out of nowhere to see who could get to this "couple" first. As soon as the representative said "Hi, How can I help you" to the new customers without EVER even noticing me, all I could do was laugh and walk out! Poor customer service, unfriendly employees and I would not recommend this store to anyone who values service!

After reading the reviews of this location, I was a little nervous about going here. I really didnt want to travel OTP, so I came to this location and hoped for the best. I did not come in to buy anything, I came in to have my engagement ring re-sized, plated, inspected and cleaned. I was acknowledged right away and treated courteously. It was ready for pick up within 3 hours and my ring looks brand new! Another reviewer implied that they only care about couples, but I came in alone dressed like a bum and with messy hair and was treated just fine.

Worst experience ever!!! Took a ring in that we purchased in the same store to get cleaned. The staff told us that it would cost $40 since we didnt purchase a "warrantee" that we were never even told was available when we purchase it... much less that we needed one to get the ring cleaned! Looking at the other reviews, it looks like they are hit and miss from a customer experience perspective. However, one thing is for certain, they wont have to worry about impressing me EVER again!!

We keep going back there for all our jewelry. Went all over Atlanta when looking for engagement rings and ended up going back to Jared in Perimeter area because of the awesome selection, comfortable atmosphere and wonderful customer service. No matter who we work with we always get the best. Love this store and would highly recommend it!
