As a connoisseur of the finer things and given my particular affinity for jewelry, upon relocating from NY to Atlanta I was in need of a reliable jeweler with a very high quality of work. As a knowledgeable client with a strong understanding of the diamond industry, coupled with prior encounters with NY jewelers on diamond district, who frequently employed deceptive tactics and misrepresented/overstated the quality of the diamonds used in their work, (despite using clarity enhanced diamonds in reality), I was very skeptical of Atlanta jewelers. Moreover, given the intensive nature of my custom jewelry request, which was to fully ice out my 18k yellow gold Rolex Day Date Presidential in all true VVS diamonds of D-E-F color and the sizeable cost associated with this project, I wanted to ensure that my investment was secure, in the hands of a reputable jeweler. Upon conducting a thorough and extensive evaluation of countless jewelers in the Atlanta area, it came to my attention that the vast majority of jewelers lacked the customer service I desired, often reluctant to offer me their time while others were aggressive and demanding, applying pressure for me to do business with them and “not waste their time”. Nevertheless, from the moment I stepped into Icebox jewelry, I was blown away by the stark contrast between their jewelry store and others in the area. Walking into grandeur abounds in their stunning Buckhead showroom floor I was warmly greeted by the owners Zahir, Mo and Rafi. Following a hospitable tour of the store, I sat down to discuss the specifics of my customer jewelry order with Zahir and his brothers. I emphasized the fact that I wanted true VVS diamonds of D-E-F color and was assured that I would not be disappointed. Zahir and his brothers even ensured me that they personally would hand select each diamond under a microscopic loupe to be certain that every diamond set onto the Rolex band, would meet my specific criteria. I was quoted a competitive price and shown several pieces of work that they had previously completed so I could get a more accurate sense of the quality of their craftsmanship. I was very impressed by this and even more so by the fact that Zahir and his brothers offered me their undivided attention throughout our meeting, never once rushing me or pressuring me to finalize my order with them on the spot. Although I did not finalize my order with them that same day I did return to do just that, several days later! As I reminisce on the decision I made to select Icebox Jewelry for the icing out of my Rolex Presidential I could not be more pleased with my decision! The finished product was absolutely stunning and Zahir and his brothers kept me informed and actively involved throughout the process, calling me into the store several times to ensure my approval before proceeding further. They even provided me with a formal appraisal confirming the VVS diamond clarity and the total diamond carat weight of the Rolex. Moreover, Zahir honorably did not charge me for the additional 2 carats of VVS diamond which were used on my Rolex, that exceeded our initial estimation of carat weight prior to the commencement of the project! All things considered, Icebox Jewelry exhibited an unparalleled level of professionalism, integrity and customer service, coupled with supreme craftsmanship. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the hassle by making Icebox Jewelry your first and last stop for any related jewelry needs! Coming from a client who is hard to please, they surpassed my highest of expectations and have earned lifelong repeat customers in me, my family and friends! A special thanks to the whole team over at Icebox Jewelry for the magnificent work on my fully iced out VVS Rolex Presidential!

I really appreciate their kindness and taking me seriously because most jewelry stores dont do that if youre not an obvious rich person with a Rolex. I talked to the owner himself about a complex ring project I had in mind for my mother, and we went over it for about 30 minutes, he gave me details on all my options and had an artist on staff who sketched up everything. I was explained the pros and cons of 14k, 18k, platinum and palladium. I was also shown a sample item in each of the metals to see the look and feel of the different metals, something you cant do on the internet. They are certified platinum manufacturers by the platinum guild or something, and make lots of platinum jewelry. Some of the more expensive platinum items are available in appointment only, as theyre not kept in the case. You would think they would push platinum on to you, but they really dont. They still explain that platinum is mostly liked for the prestige and density, not necessarily for the look. I still went with platinum for my ring to give it that "Estate or Antique" look, and VS2 small diamonds, and SI1 centerstone with a GIA certificate with a hearts and arrows grading. The invoice detailed how many diamonds were used, how many diamonds they added, how much credit for my old gold and diamonds, and allowed me to pay $500 down and the balance on pickup. I believe most people want the whole amount pre-paid because if you dont like it, they dont want to be stuck with your design. It just shows this establishment has. The ring was to take two weeks which would make it ready for after Xmas, but Zahir pushed it through to be ready two days before Xmas. That means the ring was done in 7 business days. The reason they can do this is because they are in-house manufacturers, and dont send work to other companies. My mom was so happy because shes been feeling naked without a ring due to her recent divorce, and she LOVES the ring. I spent $4400 on the job and got sit down service multiple times, more gold, more diamonds, and it was ready before it was promised. $4400 is a lot to me, but for a jeweler most will avoid these jobs because "Its too much work for such a small job." The center diamond alone is online for over $7k without a XXX cut grading which is one of the most important things in a diamonds. So just think about how good of a deal I got, with local sit down service? Wow Im going to send all of my friends to the Icebox, I cannot explain how happy I am with their service. I would love to tell you the nearby jewelry store name who treated me like doodoo, but I guess Ill be nice and just praise the good guys. THANK YOU ICEBOX AND STAFF

My husband and I have known the Icebox family for over ten years, so there was no question that when we got engaged on where we would be purchasing our ring. The Icebox family lives and breathes Customer Service. They truly care about their customers and make you feel like you’re amongst family and friends who provide a pleasurable shopping experience each and every time. From the moment we walked in the store Will greeted us with a smile and a warm welcome. As we walked through the store looking at all the jewelry eye candy we quickly noticed the level of customer service is like no other. Their highly trained staff aren’t pushy sales people that when they hear your getting married they automatically think “the more bling the more cha-ching for their pockets.” The Icebox family will work with any and all budgets to find you the perfect engagement or wedding ring. You will find the staff to be not only courteous and professional, but also knowledgeable. Although, they have a wide range of rings my husband and I we interested in the loose diamonds and designing our ring. Mo took the time to not only educate us on the loose diamonds, but also gave us the honor of designing the perfect setting from start to finish. I looked through countless magazines, websites, to get inspiration, however I knew that at Icebox I would be creating unique Wedding Ring. I told Rafi I had always dreamt of having a celebrity inspired Cushion Cut diamond and design. He diligently took notes and provided me feedback on how we could create a one of a kind piece. My husband and I went with a Cushion Cut Diamond with a double Halo and Split Shank diamond and setting. The attention to detail from the 3D design images of our ring down to the proposal box made our jaws drop. I get so many questions and compliments on my ring because it’s not only modern but also classic. The sparkles that the diamonds provide I have been told are almost blinding. My ring something I will always cherish and will be passed down through generations to come. Some girls love that little blue box, but my hubby knows I’m all about that Icebox.
