If I could give a negative number to my experience at Shane Co. I would. Having just moved into town and hoping to find a great jeweler who cared about the people that came into their store, I listen to an ad on the radio and thought that this would be the place. Boy!!! was I wrong. Walking into the store in Alpharetta just days before Christmas, I was asked by a young lady if I needed help. I said "Yes, I have some rings that need to be resized." She asked if they were from her store, and I said NO, but before I could explain that we were new in the area, she said "well, being it is the Holiday, we are just way to busy to help you at this time, so you can come back after the Holiday. I said, thank you, and walked out of that store not ever wanting to go back. I felt as if, because I was not purchasing anything, or because I was not a "previous" customer, they could not be bothered with me. If I could yell at the rooftops to all who would listen, to find some other place to shop for your gifts of jewelry I would...I hope others read this and find some mom and pop jewelry store that care for each customer that comes through their door.

I was at Brown & Co trying to close the deal on what I thought was the one. Once getting to the financing, I found out that I had choices of 0% for 6 months or 48 months at 9%!! From there it was a spiral down hill. I then figured out, they do not cover the center stone, and to top that she told me the warranty that I was paying for would only last 5 years? Yeah, that might work for some marriages these days but Im looking for more longevity in my relationship. Nervous and confused at how my experience went from high to low very quickly, I intelligently walked out.I drove right to Shane. Walked in and explained to Joyce that I was not happy with the financing there or the warranty offer. She immediately said, Ill work with you and give you 12 months int free! I began my search for a new ring. Once I found it, I wanted to give my business to no other than someone who was willing to meet my needs as well as a fantastic warranty. Go to Shane! You will be amazed at what else they offer along with great jewelry.

Tried to make it clear that I was not looking to buy that day and was still getting all my options together. Regardless of that the person that took over for the initial salesperson that was talking to me insisted on me walking out of there with a ring. After getting pictures of my best options to look over and compare with others later I tried to leave nicely and couldnt get her to stop pushing it. So I had to be a little more stern about leaving than planned. Even if they dont work on commission as claimed there was still that type of attitude. Not a bad rating on their product as Im sure its great, but I have since discovered a moissanite option and like it a lot.

My (now) fiance and I were looking for rings and had heard nothing but good things about Shane Co. I visited once with my girlfriend (who also purchased here) and once more with my partner; Both experiences were extremely pleasant. The staff is incredibly helpful, joyful, and make the research & buying experience seamless. Their lifelong policy is music to my ears as I have a habit of dirtying up nice things, unfortunately. The ring itself is STUNNING, we had a reasonable budget and they met all his needs with my long list of features wish-list! Highly recommend Shane Co and everything they stand for. Thank you for making our engagement so perfect!!

They were very nice and attentive, with multiple people offering help and seating/beverages. They repaired my ring bought at another jeweler; the other jeweler had repaired this ring within the past 2 years and quoted us a ridiculous price for another repair, so we shopped around. My ring is platinum & diamonds and Ive had it for about 16 years. The people at shane were great, completely honest, less expensive, and did a better job. And they polished both the rings in my wedding set so that they look like new! If feel like I have new wedding rings with incredible sparkle.

Thanks to April and The master jeweller for fixing my wifes ring yet again. About a week and a half ago i bumped into my wife and accidentally elbowed her hand causing her ring to considerably bend at the halo setting. They had the ring fixed and on my wifes finger in a little over a week. This is the second time we take in the ring for repair due to accidental bending. They reinforced the ring and added platinum the first time and straightened the setting the second time, and it didnt cost me any money. Thanks Shane Co. for your awesome Lifetime Warranty!!!!

Had an excellent experience here! Worked with Asha and she was friendly, knowledgeable, and figured out just what I would like. I never felt pressured and she gave my partner and I plenty of time to discuss our options and voice our opinions/concerns. They were extremely busy when we showed up, but she gave us her undivided attention and we never felt like we were "second choice" to any of her other customers. She seems to have great time management skills. Cant wait to see my ring!

My girlfriend and I went looking for engagement rings here to get an idea of what she liked and what she felt was most desirable in a ring. Rob was beyond helpful with getting us started in the right direction. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. I told him our budget and he actually found us what we wanted and it came significantly lower than we had planned. They dont work on commission so you dont have to worry about getting ripped off. 10/10 times would recommend!

We walked in with high hopes of finding the ring today, ready to pay for quality. Not one person working there greeted us, though several made eye contact. This is 2016 and Im pretty forward thinking so Im one of the last to cry racism; but when a white lady behind us gets told "Well be with you in a second, Maam", and we dont even get acknowledged, I know where not to spend my time or money. ...On MLK Day at that.

This is not your typical jewelry store, at Shane Co you get a great and personalized experience. They have plenty of staff to cater to their busiest hours, and Ive also never felt pressured to buy anything here. Ive bought 2 rings and recently had a stone set in an older piece. Their prices are great, the quality is fantastic and the staff is awesome. What more could you ask for.

Very pleased with overall service and selection. Its nice knowing the staff isnt in commission so when you give them a budget they work within it. Their overall knowledge of the jewelry and items unique to Shaneco make for a great experience. Have shopped at various Shane stores for years, the Alpharetta store has the best staff, best selection, and now my business for good.
