Absolutely horrible! If you plan on having your ring back within a few weeks, do not go here. I got engaged July 5. Took my ring to get sized on the 6th and was told that it should be ready in two weeks. At the two week mark they had called me and said that it would be two more days. (No big deal) Then they called me the next day and said it would be an additional two weeks since they had to special order my ring. (I was upset but two more weeks wouldnt hurt.) Then lack of communication kicked in as well as poor customer service. I spoke to at least 3 different people within a week and they all had something different to say. Every time I called they had no clue who I was. One lady said that it would be in a few days and another employee called me and informed me that they had to special order my ring. Hence, I was told two weeks prior that they had already put in my special order... I had my engagement pictures set for August 12th, STILL NO RING. I was told I would have it on the 15th... NO RING. It is now the 24th and still NO RING. Sad to say how un-organized this store is. Once I get my ring back, I will no longer be returning.

The worst shopping experience Ive ever had! And for the happiest occasion of my life. Through a variety of statements, Pamela made my fiancé and I both feel ignorant, cheap, angry and highly embarrassed. Most definitely NOT the way you want to feel when shopping for engagement rings. The condensed version: Pamela told my fiancé that his ring budget was "just not reasonable" (we got a beautiful ring from Kay Jewlers for under his budget). Each time we asked to see a ring within his budget, she showed us one $3,00 or more over budget! When we asked to have our fingers measured because we were just getting ideas for my fiancé, she walked away without a word to get me a business card. No ring size, no smile. Just a sigh, eye rolling and clear demonstration that she had no time for us.

Took my ring in to get an estimate or help on a lost diamond. Ive always kept up on my purchased extended warranty (despite living nowhere near a Jarods). All that did me NO good, since I DEPLOYED and the ring sat in a box for six months, it didnt meet their six month inspection requirement. Sales associate was helpful but the associate manager was rude to both me and her employee. I love how this is how we treat our military. Ill be taking my future purchases elsewhere.

My experience with this location has been nothing less than 5 stars. John Veda, an employee there, located a retired Pandora charm for me, had it shipped to Ohio, then called me with the wonderful news for me to come and pick it up. This was a total surprise to me. The staff, Rose, John, and Linda are friendly, patient, and courteous. Their LeVian and Pandora collection is beautiful. My shopping experience there has been nothing but positive.

this is the only place near Cincinnati where I have been able to find discontinued Pandora charms. The newer charms dont look much better than what they replaced so Ill take that $20-$30 discount every day all day
