Terrible experience. Bought a ring, had to have a different size delivered to store. I was told two weeks to pick up. The day before it arrived I was told it would be another 80 days!! Unacceptable service! Refunded my money. Will NEVER shop here again. Ive had much better service at Jareds the galleria of jewelery. They made what should have been a good experience a stressful and frustrating one in which I had to get a refund. No further actions to remedy the situation.

Horrible customer service. Sent my ring out to get a stone replacement they told me it would be back in a week. I called a week later wondering what was going on since I hadnt heard from them. Both women I had talked to were very rude and told me that they had the estimate there but the ring was not fixed yet. They gave no estimate of when my ring would be fixed only that they would call me.

At this location the staff is only nice after you say you are buying. Every time I come into this store they are never friendly or professional. Especially when you take protection plan items in(which isnt that why Kays offers protection plans) Im sorry you dont like your job but dont take it out on the customer. Especially the lady in management.

Went to the store to have them test a ring that I was selling and Bryan tested and cleaned a ring for the individual that I was selling it to. Even though we didnt give our business to Kay the staff was still willing to help.
