I had a great custom ring made with Brown & Co-Buckhead with the help of Lana (sales) and David (ring design and fabrication). The final product turned out very close to what I had envisioned and my fiance is a very happy gal! My fiance had a particular ring in mind and I was unable to find something like it, as-is, after several weeks of searching jewelry cases around Atlanta. I decided to have the ring custom-made. I spent several months sifting through stalls at Americas Mart--looking for a great deal--and I found that the ring design and fabrication work is outsourced to separate parties, which made for a fruitless first attempt at having a custom ring made. Many phone calls were had in attempt to get the Computer Aided Design (CAD) right, but language barriers and collaborating remote was extremely frustrating. I cut my losses at the Mart and then tried Solomon Brothers. While their ring fabricator was in-house, service in general was poor. I provided their designer a reference picture and the first couple of CADs were garbage. When I attempted to refine the CAD with the designer I ran into language barriers... again. So, I finally tried Brown & Company just down the road. I spoke with Lana about having a custom ring made up and she introduced me to David (ring design & fabrication) who I found to be really great to work with. There were no language barriers whatsoever and he took the time to walk me through each step of the ring-making process. David convinced me that CAD drawings really werent the best way to design. We proceeded through the design process using his hand drawings. After several iterations of design I signed off on the drawings and David began making my ring by hand... in store... not outsourced! In parallel, I worked with Lana to find the right stone (diamond). She found me a beautiful diamond that was nearly identical in price to what the Mart had to offer (all specs: Carat, Cut, Clarity, Color identical)--really. I was pleasantly surprised. David completed the setting in about 4 weeks and before setting the stone I went in to "sign-off" on the work. The setting was nearly exactly what I had envisioned, but I have to admit that a few details werent perfect (leading to my rating of 4 out of 5 stars). However, ultimately Lana and David were able to provide to me what several other jewelers were unable to: education on the ring-making process, relative peace-of-mind, and a fantastic engagement ring.

A+ for Brown & Co! When I called to ask about a particular watch, Wendel Dandridge was very familiar with the brand and description and called me back quickly to confirm that they had the watch in stock, even texting me a photo to confirm it was the correct piece. I went right in to pick up the watch and Wendel made the whole process of sizing the watch band and completing the transaction a wonderful experience. I shared that it was for a special occasion and he even gave me a discount! Wendel was a treat to work with and he will now be my go-to jeweler for future purchases. I also observed other customers being assisted in the same pleasant, courteous, and no-pressure manner. After shopping at some high-end [i.e., snooty] shops at a nearby mall, receiving the personal, genuine, and pleasant service at Brown and Company will definitely keep me coming back!

It is always such a pleasure walking into Brown & Company and feeling like family. I purchased both my fiancees engagement ring and band there, and she bought my wedding band as well. We were ecstatic seeing Romain working when we headed there a few weeks ago to make our band purchases. He is extremely knowledgable, and has managed to get to know our personal tastes in order to help us determine what we liked the most; he knew the ring was "the one" as soon as we did when it came to determining the best for our tastes. He also worked with extreme diligence when I purchased the engagement ring, as my fiancee was in the store at the time, and it made it a ton of fun working with him and the rest of the team at Brown & Co. Between their incredible jewelry selection and their extensive watch stock, I am sure well be heading there for years to come.

I and my fiancé went there to see mens engagement ring. We did have an idea in what we wanted by looking at some rings in other stores but were not able to decide. Upon meeting with Yana she gave us an idea about custom designs that David ( the ring master i call him as) can make. So we had the pic of what we wanted showed it to David and he was very confident in making a copy as is. On 1/17 me and my fiancé went to the store to check out my custom mens ring. I was very impressed on the work and I just loved it at that very moment. Both David and Yana did a great job from a customer satisfaction point. If you are looking for mens engagement ring and want to customize it please go to Brown and Co and meet Yana and David :) they will surely get you what you want. Im not the most knowledgeable person when it comes to jewelry. Actually, Ive never purchased a piece of jewelry in my life. When it came time to purchase an engagement ring I was somewhat terrified. I had looked around at a couple of other places in the neighborhood and none of them seemed to actually listen when I spoke. They just pointed me in the direction of a more expensive ring than I needed and didnt take anything I said into consideration. Fast forward to my time at Brown & Co. I worked with Wendel and he was fantastic. This is a big purchase and not something you want to get wrong. He listened to what I wanted, he didnt try to push me outside my budget and even offered me a drink to calm my nerves!! Id recommend Brown & Co. to anyone looking for a great piece of jewelry. I had the most wonderful experience working with Brown & Co. I had three pretty diamonds that I was fortunate enough to inherit from different members of my family. Because of the sentimental nature of the stones, it was important to me to have a trustworthy, quality jeweler. One of the diamonds was slightly larger; the other two of similar size. I presented a photo of a ring to David, my jeweler. David helped me refine the design. He made recommendations regarding the metals I might use to enhance the ring. His recommendations were spot-on. The ring David made for me is beyond stunning. Davids the best! Elina was especially sweet and lovely, too! I feel the beauty of the ring Brown & Co. made for me honors my familys gifts. I love it!

My fiancé and I were looking for a jewelry store to get her new engagement ring re-sized. We were treated as valued customers even though we were under dressed and did not purchase the ring from them! Ron Johnston helped us get the correct measurement and explained that it would take 2 weeks to get the re-sizing completed. My fiancé and I were really hoping for a shorter turn-around time, so we asked Ron to see if there was any way to get it done sooner. He ended up being able to bump us up in the re-sizing queue line to have the ring done in 1 week! Fast forward 5 days and we receive notice that the ring was already ready for pickup. It was re-sized perfectly and we could not be happier! We will be taking all future jewelry repairs to them
