I would not recommend anyone else except for Cachet!! I was looking for Jewelry for two people, something for my mothers birthday and the other for my fiancé. Of course this was not the first placed I stopped but I am glad I did. Upon walking into Cachet at Cumberland, I was greeted by a welcoming smile and friendly personality. After looking through the great selection of custom and high-end Jewelry, I was told that Cachet has a second location in Buckhead. I immediately drove from Cumberland to Buckhead to look at the beautiful pieces to hopefully find the Jewelry that I needed. Upon arriving at Cachet in Buckhead, Cameron and Ben were at the front door waiting on me to get there, I assume that they were told that I was coming. When I got into the Showroom, I was immediately blown away by the showcases and exquisite selection. After selecting two rings and some earing to compare, I told them that I remembered seeing a ring at Cumberland that I wanted to look at again. Cameron immediately called Cumberland and drove to go pick up the ring. He went out of his way to bring me the ring to compare side by side with the others. While I was waiting on Cameron to get back, Ben offered me drinks and food to make sure that I was content. He even offered to go get a bottle of wine for me while we discussed Jewelry. Once Cameron got back, I decided on a set of earrings and a ring. I ended up being out of my budget but I was so impressed with the customer service and friendly atmosphere that I did not think twice about the budget. This was the best experience I have had. The customer service is top notch!! Cameron and Ben go above and beyond in order to make sure that the customer is satisfied the entire time. Since purchasing, I have been back multiple times and I have sent friends and family there. Every time I walk into the store, no matter if it is Cumberland or Buckhead, I am treated with respect and as family. I encourage you to visit the best Jewelry store in Atlanta.

We were referred to Cachet Fine Jewelry by a close friend who has used them for many years. I have always loved her familys pieces and she had always bragged on Cachets way of doing business. When my boyfriend and I decided to get engaged, we went to several commercial places in search of the perfect ring for us only to find that no one really took the time to help us understand what we were truly buying. We also had a stone and setting picked out online, but we were uneasy about purchasing investment jewelry without having first seen it. We traveled to Atlanta at my friends recommendation and made an appointment to meet with Ben. We couldnt have been happier we did!! The experience was so enjoyable and personalized. Ben really took the time to show us each stone and each setting and pick the perfect one for us! We didnt feel taken advantage of, rushed, or pressured. Ben really wanted us to be happy with what we were buying. Since we were traveling, the only good thing that came from shopping around first was that we were able to give Ben more specific information regarding what we were looking for in the ring (our preferred 4Cs criteria, setting details, sample pictures, our budget, etc.) so that he had items prepared to show us (but I also think this is just good practice). He stayed true to all of our wishes and exceeded our expectations! We were so pleased with our experience and with the quality of the product we went ahead and chose our wedding bands from Cachet as well. Needless to say, we now consider Cachet Fine Jewelry to be our family jeweler, too!

Punch Line: Cachet is the best place to shop for an engagement ring. I visited over five different shops while looking for an engagement ring. Cachet was leaps and bounds better than any other store on all fronts. Ben and his son, Cameron, work together seamlessly to provide a comforting environment where any person (and budget) is welcome. Ben starts off by giving you a brief tutorial on what to look for in an engagement ring. He goes beyond the typical jewelers spiel by emphasizing which characteristics are most important; where you can save money; and where to focus your budget for the ideal ring. In addition to Bens willingness to spend time educating his customers, he actually takes the time to listen to their requests. Employees at other stores either gave me the impression that they were "pushing" a particular ring or they were agreeing with everything I said to make the sale. Ben and Cameron listened and remembered every detail of the ring I was envisioning, and they worked hard to make it a reality. They thoroughly vetted several rounds of diamonds to make sure we settled on the perfect stone. Ben and Cameron do not just sell jewelry, they build relationships and make the shopping experience part of the journey. I was proud to bring my fiancé back to Cachet when we needed to resize the ring. Not only did she love the ring, but she loved that the jewelers behind the ring were genuinely nice people. You wont believe how refreshingly enjoyable jewelry shopping can be until you go to Cachet.

My (now) husband used Cachet Fine Jewelry for his purchase of my engagement ring and wedding band. I also purchased my husbands wedding band from Ben. Throughout the process, my husband felt that he was immensely helped by Ben in figuring out more about diamonds and ring quality. He picked a beautiful ring for me with a band that was made to fit right with the ring, and they have always been wonderful and are beautiful. We went through needed my rings re-sized, needing my engagement band reshaped (I dented the platinum from a blow to the hand), and needing appraisals re-done. Ben (and Cachet staff) did all of this for us with speed excellence, and did not charge me extra (which was wonderful for us as college students). Im not allowed to dent my ring again though ;] haha. My husbands band is beautiful and looks great even though I could not afford the higher priced metals. We have always loved going in to see Ben at Cachet. He always makes us feel welcomed, always cleans my rings, and talks with us for a while. All of his jewelry is truly beautiful and his prices are really good/comparable to the big jewelry dealers who dont help you or care about you like Ben does. Ben provides a great quality in his work, jewelry and customer service.

I was referred to Cachet by a friend who told me that I would never have a better experience when it comes to purchasing jewelry. I can honestly say that was true from the moment I walked in and met with Cameron. I was looking for an engagement ring for my now fiancé but had some special request. I was looking to design a ring with a bunch of different ideas in mind. Buying an engagement ring was a scary thing because I had no idea what I was doing. Cameron and Ben put all my troubles to ease. They were very knowledgable and compassionate. Their insight on the diamonds and style of rings made putting all my ideas into one come together smoothly! The one thing that struck close to home for me was that Cameron wanted to make sure that I was getting the best quality of ring and also was getting a great deal! Cameron brought in multiple diamonds for me to inspect and would provide me with more information pertaining the diamonds when they came in as well. I could go on and on about how great of customer service they provide! Long story short is that from here on out I will be going back to Cameron and Ben for all my jewelry needs! The quality, knowledge, and customer service are unmatched in the industry.
