I am so happy I found this place. I dont usually go into jewelry stores unless I have something very specific Im looking for. When I first called this place to inquire about some jewelry, Kam picked up and I knew immediately from our phone conversation he was very knowledgeable and experienced in this particular field. He spoke with confidence and was very honest that it convinced me he was a trustworthy person. I believe, I am not easy. Im very indecisive and can take a long time to make a decisions on my purchases but nonetheless, Kam is extremely patient with me. Never pushy with me. I drive him crazy with my indecisiveness and my repetitive questions although he will tell me otherwise. His disposition allows me to be completely myself and not having to worry being judged for being too picky or too undecided, too uncertain and too doubtful. He really does feel out his customers and his service is genuine. I have changed my mind on him a millions times and we go back and forth on the same things for days , yet he has never made me feel I was a nuisance. He has stayed and waited for me after his store has closed and really does go the extra mile to accommodate and make his clients happy. I tell all my families and friends, his store is on a smaller scale, not big like the commercial chains you see in the malls,etc. but its the personalized experience that makes the difference that sets him apart. He can customize anything you want or can get anywhere else, get anything your heart desires , beat the prices, and really does care about you. Why bother going to those chains to get mediocre service and youre just a sales ticket and their jewelry isnt that special anyway? Kam and his staff definitely makes it for an amazing experience and I most undeniably adore the hell out of them! Farsi has me forever! Btw I did purchase a tennis bracelet , stud earrings, necklace and he had set a ring for me....with more projects lining up! Cant wait for my next piece of jewelry!

Very RUDE behavior with Customer. He is not interested in your Business, JUST YOUR MONEY. BAD PEOPLE. My sister had recommended them for some jewelry appraisals that I needed to get done. She had done some a week ago with them. So I asked her to call them and ask when I could go to get mine done. They said they were free at the time, and I could go right then, which I did. When I reached there, he made excuses that my jewelry needed cleaning and he was busy with other work at the time, so he asked me to leave it there and come back 6 hours later. I denied, and he said then I would have to take an appointment and come back. He gave me a time for the next day at 10:30am. In the jewelry business, you are never to leave your jewelry alone with some. Especially not everything at once. The next day, I reached there, this time they were busy with a few customers and I had to wait for a while, which was not a problem. Then the lady at the front desk asked me to give me all 5 pieces I had for appraisal at once. For which I denied as I did not know where she was taking them. The owner, KAMBIZ, came from the back, took one of ht e pieces from her hand and threw it in my box, and said "WE ARE NOT INTERESTED IN YOUR BUSINESS." Before I had the opportunity to respond, he told me to leave and not to have any business with him. In the jewelry business, you are never to leave your jewelry alone with some.

Farsi Jewelers is amazing. I went to them with an idea for what I wanted and presented my Pintrest board designs to Kambiz (store owner). He took the time to sit down with me and discuss how he would design the ring of my dreams. He not only reassured me that he would make it look just like I wanted it to look but actually designed the ring in a 3D model in front of me so I could make any modifications then and there!! Kambiz and his wife are experts who really know what they are doing and have the patience of saints to discuss your every concern/detail and request with you to make sure you walk out feeling as satisfied as possible. I like the ring even better than any of the designs I looked at online because they translated what I was looking for into a ring while being up front and honest with me about anything that didnt make sense. I highly recommend them to anyone even considering purchasing a ring or piece of jewelry. Especially if it is a special unique piece you are looking for.

While searching for an engagement ring I visited many, many jewelers in and around the Atlanta area. Before visiting stores, I had done plenty of reading and research about the diamond market to understand values and negotiating points. When I first went to Farsi, I met with Jennifer to understand a bit more about what they offered. I visited a few more places and was turned off by the style of business they conducted. I returned to Farsi and Jennifer welcomed me back and had honestly remembered my name. We (Kam, Jennifer, and I) worked through designing a custom ring with a center stone they had in house. They offered an incredible deal on a great stone and custom ring while offering great business and clear, quick, and professional in communicating how the process was coming along. In addition, they offered GIA cert., value, free cleanings, and stone replacement. I highly recommend Farsi and will be back for our wedding bands and other jewelry over the years.

I just posted a similar review on Yelp, but my wife says that Google is where most people are going for their information, so, here it is again :) I have been a customer of Farsi Jewelers since 2011, back when they were at the "other" Roswell location. I have worked primarily with Kam, but all the employees there have provided superior customer service. Kam has answered so many questions for me over the years, as well as helped me to sell some very important pieces of jewelry. He is always patient and willing to answer any questions I have. Recently, after over a year of waiting for the right buyer, Kam helped me to sell a very expensive item for an excellent price. I know that the price was more than fair because I also consulted a friends relative who is also in the jewelry business. This review is long overdue. Again, I can personally attest that with Kam and Farsi Jewelers, you are safe with any sale or purchase.

Got my engagement ring custom designed and created here. Cam (owner) listened to everything I was looking for and wanted and never went back on his word to stay within our budget (even though my taste kept climbing in price). :) Because I wouldnt see the final product until it was completely done, I was a bit nervous. But I put all my trust in Cam and knew he would design me a GORGEOUS ring. The day we went and picked up the ring, I took one look at the piece he creatd and fell in love!! Not a day goes by that I dont get compliments on my ring, and even 3 months later, I still cant take my eyes off of it! Thank you to everyone at Farsi for creating the most important piece of jewelry in a girls life.. and thank you for making it exceed my expectations!
