I decided to give Krombholz a try after a friend highly recommended. Walking in there I knew next to nothing about diamonds or how the process of making a ring even worked. The only thing I knew was I wanted to design a ring that was custom, unique, and fit into my budget. Immediately after walking in, one of the salespeople greeted me and in a "non pushy" kind of way just started asking me questions, giving me ideas, and helped me learn the process and all the details about diamond quality/appearance/pros&cons etc. and made me feel very confident in my choices. Since it was a surprise I wanted it to be something she would really like and Eli helped me to determine how "flashy" to go. This is a top notch customer service establishment and I could not have been happier. A family owned and operated place with a long track record of excellence. They are truly passionate about their work and it shows. My (now) wife constantly gets complimented on her ring when we are out. Even by strangers...which I never thought would happen. You cant get this type of service anywhere anymore. 100% satisfied.

My experience at Krombolz was beyond great. From the time I first walked in the door, I felt right at home and knew I wouldn’t be searching elsewhere. Anita worked closely with me and guided me on the journey of finding both the perfect diamond, as well as the perfect setting within my budget. Lee then went off with our ideas and designed an absolutely amazing ring. Needless to say, the outcome was phenomenal and my fiancé was instantly head over heels with the unique design and sparkle of her new ring. Even after walking out the door with ring in hand, Anita’s outstanding customer service has continued. From checking in to see if my fiancé said yes, to bringing us in for a same day re-sizing the day we returned from our trip, to inquiring about the details of the engagement, I can honestly say Anita and the rest of team have been great. Hats off to Lee for the stellar job creating the ring, and to Anita for educating me and keeping me calm throughout the process.

My experience with Krombholz jewelers was very rewarding both in terms of knowledge and a great engagement ring. Krombholz jewelers do one thing that most jewelers dont: they let you make your decision at your own pace. I visited Krombholz jewelers first based on the excellent reviews on the internet. I did not have a clue as to how to buy an engagement ring. Brad was very helpful with various details and the dos and donts at our first meeting and I started to get an idea of how to go about looking for a unique engagement ring. I provided Lee with a few design ideas to put in a personal touch on the engagement ring. Everyone in my fiances family are amazed at the wonderful job Lee did to adopt my ideas into the final design. They have a very comfortable home atmosphere and excellent pricing. I am very happy with my experience with Krombholz jewelers and they will continue to be the first jewelers I visit for future projects.

When looking for an engagement ring for my (now) wife, I asked around everywhere in Cincinnati to find a jeweler who could create something custom from an idea and a sketch. The few places that said they could do what I was looking for were going to be insanely expensive, and would have to alter my designs a bit. Krombholz, on the other hand were excited to hear about my ideas and put them into practice. I was able to participate throughout the entire process from my sketches, to viewing 3D renderings, holding a custom made wax model and eventually hand picking out what diamonds would be used. I got exactly what I wanted, for a price I could live with, very quickly and with no hassle. Lee and the other employees were always happy and friendly, and my experience has me recommending them to anyone whos interested in any creation, purchasing or restoration of jewelry. Im so happy I found these guys!

After many issues with my original custom engagement ring from another jeweler, Lee at Krombholz Jewelers worked with me to create a much better executed ring. He answered all my concerns that I had and worked with me to make a custom ring. The quality of the ring was much higher than my first ring. Every time I went there, I felt a nice welcome that you can get from a good family owned businesses. Lee and the other staff were also always kind and helpful. After I got engaged, I went back to get custom wedding bands for my wife and I. Getting custom designs allowed us to personally contribute to our unique rings. This gave a lot more meaning to our rings (my wife says it very well symbolizes our lifelong commitment). The service was great, and the prices were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Krombholz over any big chain jewelry store!

We were so lucky! When searching for our engagement ring the first place we walked into was Krombholtz Jewelers. We didnt have to look any further because our experience from the start was amazing. Lee sat down with us (without an appointment) and walked us through what we needed to know about looking for the perfect diamond for us. He listened to what we wanted, guided us in making our selection, and designed the perfect ring that I completely love. I came in for both engagement and wedding ring. For the engagement ring, I had a design in my head, and Lee took the time to listen and design the ring. He patiently took me through the step by step process of the design. The most fun part was looking for the perfect diamond, which he has some in his stock or he showed me how to search online. Finding the perfecting diamond was even more exciting - and my wife loves her rings (although she keeps jokingly talks about upgrades).
