I have never experienced worse customer service anywhere. Upon entering we introduced ourselves and explained that we were only in the store to shop for wedding bands. The sales lady proceeded to take us on a tour and tell us everything about Jared (repair service, etc.). I had to ask 3 times if she could kindly just show us to the wedding band area before she walked us anywhere close. The sales lady never listened to anything I said. I told her upfront that it was my first time looking and I was not going to buy anything that day, but wanted to see the available options. Even though I explained to her that I was not interested in diamond encrusted bands, she insisted that I try some on. She asked how long wed been together and when I replied 7 years, she insultingly said, "well, what took you so long?" When I finally found style that I liked she said, "so will you be using your credit or applying for our credit". I reminded her that I was not buying anything yet, so her question was irrelevant. Finally Id had enough. I asked if she could simply write down the style number of the ring style I liked so I would know what it was if I came back. Instead of doing so, she came back with an entire sheet of information she wanted from me. (Name, Address, Phone, Work place, etc.) I told her that I was uncomfortable giving her all of that information because I didnt want to be in their database. She acted like I insulted her and raised her voice to make a scene about it. Then she started to belittle my choice to not provide my information. I understand that she wanted the credit for my sale, if I were to come back; however, she could have simply said so and given me her card. I will NEVER go back there or to any other Jared. This was supposed to be a special outing for my future husband and I and all we were to Jared was a sale. I felt violated and dirty from the experience. To think, if they would have treated me like a human being instead of a sale, I would have gone back to purchase the rings, a $1000 sale.

We went into Jared for a cleaning on my fiancées ring, we were greeted by Satar Baghbanian who was happy to help. Of course my fiancée couldnt help but look at a few wedding bands and Satar was happy to show her a few in our price range. I was not hip on the the idea of getting a band that day due to wanting to pay off my balance in September and get the ring then. Satar pulled my info and informed me that if I pay the current balance off in September my new balance and payment wouldnt take effect till October 1st. So instantily my fiancée sat down and we looked more. Satar and my fiancée must have looked at 10 bands and he was informative, patient, and seemed to keep our price range in mind. We purchased a wedding band that night because of how great Satar was, if I could steel him and hire him at my job Id do it in a second. However Jared would be losing as far as I am concerned there best associate Ive ever felt with. Jared needs to have more Satars in there company, because I would not have purchased a wedding band last night if it was for him. THANK YOU SATAR !!!

DO NOT go to this Jared. Not for purchasing jewelry and especially not for jewelry repair. I had my engagement ring sized and they sized it out of its range, so the side diamonds began falling out and then they told me I had to pay $800 to get it fixed. Their jewelers are NOT masters of their trade and are in fact sloppy and unprofessional. We talked to the general manager Shannon about our dissatisfaction and she said "you are one in a thousand customers I see everyday" and then continued to try and convince us that we were the problem, not her service. To top it off, she told us that the 6 month repair warranty was void on the re-sizing they had done b/c she was at that moment informing us that there was a problem. SHE CANNOT DO THAT. We called Jared customer service who confirmed she did not have the authority to void our warranty. I got the feeling shes used the stunt before to avoid warranty work, so watch out. If you value your jewelry, avoid this store at all costs!

I have had no problems with Jared at this location. My fiance purchased my engagement ring at the store in Columbus, but we had it sized in Cincinnati. They were great. The customer service was above and beyond our expectations. Because of the service we received we decided to purchase our wedding bands there also. Although, they may have been a little more expensive, we appreciated how we were treated. My fiance has had to exchange his band 3 times for a different size, and there was no hesitation from the staff. My ring had to be sized down 2 times. My band had to be sized down and then soldered together with the engagement ring. This only took 1 day. We received a call the next day that it was done. I saw the other review for this store, and I cant even believe its the same store. I personally have had no complaints about them. We will definitely do business with them again! Just to give our salesperson some credit...her name was Ann, and she was great.

This store has some of the finest people working in it. I worked with Tom a little over a week ago to order my wedding band. He met me at the door to walk me in and was a huge help from the start. I wasnt looking for anything super expensive, and had a particular idea in my head - the skinniest band I could find. He was helpful in ordering and letting me know when my new ring arrived. I got my ring and ended up not liking the size of it compared to my engagement ring. I went back in to see Tom to discuss other options and exchange it for something else. Again, he was there to greet me at the door and started to help me right away. He had a Satar pull bands that better complimented my ring while he cleaned my ring on the spot. At the end of the day, and with their help, I found a beautiful band that I love and will be back in tomorrow to pick it up. The customer service at this store is WORLD CLASS. Go. To. This. Store. I promise you will not be disappointed.

Marty of jewelry repair is a skilled craftsman. He apprised me of the how and the why of the methods of repair. He also told me the pros and the cons of those repairs so I could make an informed decision. He worked on two of my handcrafted silver pieces so expertly and so exquisitely you cannot tell what is the repair and what is original. I also have entrusted Marty to repair treasured pieces of my grandmothers jewelry. Sales Associates Satar and Mattison helped me to find the perfect present. When I was having trouble narrowing my selection, Mattison suggested taking pictures of different pieces and emailing them to me. This gave me time to think about my selection at home. Satar genuinely listened. Keeping my budget in mind, he suggested excellent options. Satar is well-versed in the jewelry industry. Great knowledge and thoughtful service. They treat you like family.
