I contacted CDE to inquire about making changes to my 3 ct engagement ring, they tried to sell me a new head and charge $200 in labor to do the job. I called ATKINS JEWELERS IN ACWORTH (whom I have done business with for 15 years), and Atkins was able to do the custom job, use my existing head (with a few tweaks) and only charged me $50.00 labor. My total bill with Atkins was less than $100.00 and the work was outstanding! Both times, I have contacted CDE because they are closer than driving to Acworth, but each time their labor charges are too high. ATKINS JEWELERS is the best place. Mr. Atkins has more than 40 years in business and takes the old fashion "personal" approach with each customer. His staff is amazing!!!

Well after visiting numerous jewelry stores in the Atlanta area, we visited Cumberland Diamond Exchange. Im so glad we did. We were pampered by Bill, cared for by Prentice, and loved on by Todd. The owner Mark was also directly involved to make sure we felt special. Everyone enthusiastically worked to stay within our budget and answered all of our questions to our satisfaction. This is a legitimate business that is also supporting several community charities. They just do business right. Thank you CDE staff for helping us make our anniversary so special!!! Incredible service. I went in with slight hesitation, as buying an engagement ring is pretty nerve wrenching. However, I was greeted right away and made at home. I expressed my interest in looking at engagement rings, and I was then walked through each ring and they even took the time to explain the qualities and ratings of each ring. All the staff at Cumberland Diamond Exchange are totally customer service oriented. We are getting married in June and saw in the case an antique sapphire diamond ring. So Richard, our salesman, had the sapphires cut in Bangkok, Thailand, shipped to their store where the ring mold will be used to fashion two new rings.
