Dont waste your time or money!!! I purchased a tungsten wedding band for my husband online. About 2 months after we got married, my husband dropped the ring and cracked it. We took it into the store and explained the situation and simply wanted it to be replaced. I had the ring engraved with our first dance song and wanted this engraving on the replacement band as well. The font on the original band was not one they typically do but since it had been done the first time I wanted it done that way the second time. This was his wedding band for goodness sake!! Long story short, they ended up making 3 separate replacements, each time with the wrong font! My husband was without a wedding band for nearly 3 months and they didnt care whatsoever. There was never any apology, customer care never followed up, no offer for a refund/discount and the service at the store was beyond horrible and rude!!! They blamed everyone else for why it was wrong and even tried convincing us to take a faulty replacement home instead of fixing it!!! The ring wasnt just a piece of metal, but rather my heart. It was my husbands daily reminder of the vows we shared and a powerful memory of our emotional first dance as husband and wife. After 3 replacements they offered to order ANOTHER one. I demanded a full refund (which they complained about how difficult it was to do) and they wouldnt even let me take home the faulty ring because of "store policy." So we waited nearly 3 months on the ring to be made right only to have nothing in the end!!! Dont waste your time at HELZberg. It was the worst decision I have made and will never shop there again. They truly made my experience and first couple months as a newlywed hell. DONT SHOP AT HELZBERG, YOU WILL REGRET IT.

This is the worst jewelry store that we have ever done business with. The sales girl made us uncomfortable with her comments, she sent my ring off and had it sized nearly a size too big. When we picked up my ring in a few days it felt like it would fall off and I noticed that day while we were out an odd sound when I would move my hand. It was MY RING! The stone was loose! So back to the store we go to drop my ring off on July 5 and the salesperson tells us it will be back on the following Friday or Saturday. We wait the week, Friday no call. Saturday, no call. So I contacted them and the woman who answered assured me it would be in next Wednesday. Again no call, so my husband called this time and they told him it would be the next day. No one has called this morning, so we will see... :(

Would have gave it a better rating, but I wouldnt know whether its worth the time or not. I called and asked about a specific ring. I had the stone, cut, metal, everything all picked out and ready. I began to text a man named Dalbert about the ring and he told me to give him about a week while he contacted gem cutters and the likes. I waited 3 weeks and never received a reply and on top of that sent a follow up message asking if anything had ever come of him contacting them. Ill leave a better review when/if they ever decide to inform me of the rings status but it seems smarter to just take my business elsewhere considering the lack of progress in a month. Ill take this down if I ever receive a reply.

AMAZING! We explained to the sales associates that we were only looking and they were all so helpful! April was the one we worked with specifically and she helped me find the exact ring that I wanted. April had me try every different style to be sure that I wanted the right one and she made it extremely fun. I am so grateful for the staff and the experience!

My fiance and I went to Helzburg Diamonds in the Fayette Mall to purchase our wedding bands. I am extremely satisfied with the service we received there. All the salespeople are helpful and friendly, and they remembered the names of myself and my fiance at every visit.
