I took my wedding ring set to get resized and they do all of their work in house. It only took one week to get it all done, which is very fast compared to other major retailers Ive used in the past. My rings were cleaned and looked as beautiful as the day my husband bought them. Ive taken my rings to large retail stores in the past and they only send them outside the store to get worked on. Other large retail stores take weeks to get anything back and Im constantly worried if my rings are going to get lost in the mail. The only thing the Jewelry Centre sends out is watches but the person who fixes them picks them up and drops them off so no getting lost in the mail. Also they have some of the best customer service Ive ever experienced at a jewelry store. They are very attentive, polite, and professional. They listened to my concerns and offered honest answers. The prices are great compared to large retail stores. After this experience I can honestly say I will use this store exclusively.
