Pam and Daniel were AMAZING to work with. My fiance had originally gone to a big box store in the mall. After my ring breaking 5 times (I only got to wear it for 2 months out of the 8 months we had it since it was in the shop being "repaired" so often) we decided wed had enough. After doing some research and getting a few personal recommendations we chose Welling & Co. to totally redesign the ring and design our wedding bands to match. I met with Pam and she was so warm and professional. She quickly was able to describe the custom process and approximate costs. Next we met with Daniel Welling who designs all custom pieces and he really knew his stuff. The overall process took 3 weeks from initial conversation to having a whole new BEAUTIFUL ring in hand. The quality blows my mind and the cost was much less expensive than the store in the mall! I would recommend this company and its products to anyone and everyone no matter your budget or design ideas because, they can make it reality! Thanks again to all the staff at Welling & Co. for saving the day with three beautiful one of a kind rings!

Welling and Co. is as good as it gets. The care that this family owned establishment puts into each customer experience is unmatched. I went in with virtually zero knowledge on how the process of purchasing an engagement ring worked. But they turned an assumed overwhelming event into an educational and enjoyable experience. When we returned to the store to pick out our wedding bands I did not like the band that was typically paired with my ring. Bill worked with us to design a custom band to fit my ring perfectly. An amazing experience!! My husband and I worked with Bill who helped us convert my Moms wedding rings into a BEAUTIFUL keepsake pendent.
