My husband bought me a diamond bracelet and when we took it out of the box we noticed it was broken and fixing it would not have helped. It would have broken again very easy. So he returned it the next day. When he went back the only thing they had that was close to the same price was to small for my wrist. That weekend we went together to see what they had. I didnt see anything that i like for the $1100 we already spent. Every thing they have is extremely over priced and/or not in stock. We had asked if we could just return it and go somewhere else. However, they give NO REFUNDS at all. So I had to find something else. They had a nice pendent I liked but it was half the price. So I bought a wallet and sunglasses. They still wouldnt refund any of the money. They should have told him this when he went in to buy the first item. Even when he made the comment my wife is going to be pissed after spending this much money.

I went there to purchase my granddaughter a charm for her Pandora bracelet.. I asked the sales associate to clean both my and my granddaughter bracelet.. One of my bracelets is rose gold and cannot be cleaned in the machine.. The color on my bracelet was tarnished.. I went back to the store and the exchanged my bracelet without discussion, the sales associate admitted that it was her error and I got a new bracelet and charms. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE as it should be.. I will definitely shop there again and highly recommend this store. All if the staff is very friendly and helpful.
