BUYER BEWARE! Had a diamond ring designed by Hannoush Jewlers. Purchased a care plan. For 3 1/2 years, ring was in for repairs multiple times!!! Everytime they replaced a missing diamond it was reset lower than the rest! Fast forward to 4 1/2 years after purchase. Ring loses yet another diamond chip. Take into Liberty Centre store. After keeping my ring for over 2weeks I get a phone call with $630 fee to "refurbish" my ring. Bring it to new like condition again!( They made it sound like I was doing hard labor to the ring!!I assure you I was not.) Express my concerns to corporate. They come back with a quote of $490 plus tax!!! Nah.....I dont think so. Please folks, learn from me. Shop around, do your homework before you consider Hannoush. Oh my, nearly forgot. After they gave me the first quote, they had the nerve to suggest that I might want to just trade in for an upgrade!!!They were kidding; right?!?!?
