I had the most amazing experience at Yelton Fine Jewelers. I wanted to buy my wife a very nice Christmas present and I had seen from a client of mine a custom made hearts on fire diamond cross necklace that my wife has always admired greatly. So I went in to see Tina Yelton. I wanted a similar necklace, but custom made for my wife. I had picked out her engagement and wedding ring to match with a specific design. So I got pictures of it and showed Tina. She was able to use the in house gold smiths to replicate the design so that it perfectly matches both the wedding and engagement rings. Not only that, but I came in about 8-10 days prior to Christmas AND was flying out to Arizona for Christmas a few days later. Tina ordered the 6 half carrot diamonds in and had the goldsmiths handcraft the necklace. Then she called a friend of hers in Phoenix, had the necklace insured and overnight shipped to her friend, who drove an hour north of her house to meet me at my hotel to hand deliver it to me at no extra charge just so I could give to to my wife on Christmas day rather than a few days afterwards. I was astonished at the lengths Tina went to be a blessing to us. As an owner of a business myself I am very watchful of other businesses to see how they treat their clients. I am very happy to have worked with Yeltons. The gift was perfect and my wife loves it. What you need to know is that when you go to Yeltons Fine Jewelers you will be working with amazing people who treat you well and go above and beyond with service. Not to mention that the quality is amazing. I highly recommend them and will be returning to continue adding to the collection.

I bought something from this jeweler and was never told that they only have an in-store credit return policy. The lady who helped me, Tina, knew that I was unsure whether I wanted to get the piece of jewelry because it was a gift but not one time did she mention their strict return policy (although she claimed, during the return, that she made me more than aware of their return policy - I guess I am a liar??). I bought the piece of jewlery and ended up needing to return it and Tina was extremely rude to me and talked down to me. I would not recommend this jeweler as their employees seem very snotty and rude.

Over the years I have had many positive experiences with Yelton from resetting my mothers diamonds to re-stringing my wedding pearls to helping my husband make wonderful selections for me! We have found them to be honest and genuine and truly concerned about pleasing their customers. We have referred so many friends to their store and each one has thanked us and referred their friends! Thank you Tina and Mark and JoAnne. You are simply the best! And your staff is friendly and remembers us no matter how long it has been since we were in the store! First class all the way!

I highly recommend Yeltons. I previously had a private jeweler I went to and wouldnt go anywhere else. Since my jeweler got out of the jewelry business, my wife and I needed another jeweler for some repairs. My wife read some reviews on google and thought we would try to them out (to repair her wedding ring). Our experience with the repairs were fantastic. The quality of service and ring repairs were great. Weve been back a couple times and enjoyed the experience each time. We wont go to another jeweler since going to Yeltons. I highly recommend!

I stopped in looking for a christmas gift, not really having anything in particular in mind. The selections was great, although I couldnt find anything that I just had to buy. The customer service was top-notch, Victoria and TJ were extremely helpful and not in the least bit pushy, or trying to steer me in any direction; just helpful. They seem to know how to treat their customers, thats reason enough for me to go back!

My experience at Yeltons was fantastic. I dealt with Megan F. who made the entire process smooth and easy. She also kept me up-to-date during the month it took to have the ring customized to my needs with messages and pictures. I truly felt like a valued customer throughout the entire buying experience. Professional and friendly. I had two rings repaired. One of them was "beyond repair" as the stone was chipped and would require the purchase of a new stone, per another small jeweler I have frequented in the past. I will certainly be returning when we are ready for an upgrade.

Unacceptable: They have sold my husband a ring with a missing diamond. Basically my birthday was ruined since it was meant to be a special and romantic. So I have opened the box just to discover that the ring is defective. Not going there anymore.
