If I could give negative stars, I would. Please keep in mind this review is from someone currently working in retail. I called, yes, about a half hour before the store was supposed to open (however given my experience, it is likely individuals are present inside the store at this time) to ask about the availability of an item because the website does not have a store availability option for items. The first time I called, someone answered, however refused to answer my questions because "the store was not yet open". I explained that because I have limited time, and I only needed two items, I hoped to ask before showing up to save some time. Again, she refused to answer the question. She transferred me to someone else, but in transferring disconnected the call. When I called back, however, miraculously absolutely no one was present. Long story short: i dont know what I expected from a big box store, but I will be shopping local as much as possible now and avoiding michaels at all costs. This is completely unacceptable customer service. Also, please consider this rating closer to negative 1-2 stars, not 1 star. If you answer the phone, you make yourself available to answer questions. If you refuse to answer questions, youre really bad at customer service.

Over 40 minutes waiting for a manager to unlock a case for a can of spray paint! Utterly ridiculous! Im handicapped, and standing to wait for a manager to get around to doing their job of helping customers is something that costs me a LOT of pain. The thing is...the store wasnt even busy. Guess Ill be going to Joanns from now on.

Strikes me as one of the smaller Michaels stores, which may be why they seem to rarely if ever, get the newest items. Often have trouble finding what I am looking for, either because they never get it in stock or because the aisles are rarely cleaned up. It often looks like a tornado went through.

Its so hard to find things in here. I was looking for a corsage bracelet and had the hardest time finding the wedding isle. The employees were really nice even though they werent even sure if they had it in the storr

Great except no Aida cloth for cross stitching. I shouldnt have to go to Jo Annes fabrics for such a simple thing.

Smaller store, good for some crafting supplies but they lack on paints and other thing for canvas work

Reasonable prices on picture frames when you have a coupon. Other depts seem well stocked.
