James the service advisor is very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. He gives you an honest opinion of what should and shouldnt be done with regards to preventive maintenance. I just bought my son a used SUV as his first vehicle and I am very pleased with the advice James passed on to me. The work was done in a timely manner and done right. We have purchased new from Luck Chevrolet as well and those experiences have also been great.
