Horrible service Total con artists My brother went to this dealership to purchase a car.we already had made a deal for $20000 for 3yr term over the phone which included interest rate and fees and taxes.they totally changed the deal and convinced him to take a deal which was for $24000 for 6yr term.after he purchased the car he noticed it had a problem the wheels were making a grinding sound he went to the service center at the dealership and even the mechanic heard the sound when they went on a test drive.we left the car there and when we returned the mechanic said there was nothing wrong with the tires on the car.and the sound was normal for those types of tires and suggested us to change them.my brother insisted if we change the tires will the noise go away and the mechanic said maybe.that is not enough to pursue him to buy new tires which he should not pay for since its only been 1-3 days he had the car.so he decided not to go forward with the deal ,as we were taking the car out of the service center we noticed sound of water in the car.we took it back immediately havent even left the dealership and the mechanic said he did hear the noise but didnt do anything about it.he again asked us to leave the car at the service center so he can figure out what was the problem with the car because he had to reassemble the car parts to get to the problem.my brother shouldnt have to deal with these problems with the car only being 1-3 days after purchasing the car.i have no clue why would they only offer a 60 warranty on a used car with fairly low milage.management and customer service does not exist in this dealership they were not helpful at all when we decided to return the car.They didnt allow us to return it even though we told them about all the problems with the car.they just asked us to leave the dealership because nothing can be done.one of the employee or manager was very disrespectful and I have a recording of him screaming from the top of his lungs.my brother has been going back and fourth to the dealership multiple time with no success or satisfaction.other then this review I also contacted better business bureau.will be contacting the head of fords,and customer consumer affairs. I just purchased a 2013 Ford F550 Dump Truck from your dealership and i am happy to say that Don Fisch has made this the most pleasant and best experience i have ever had purchasing a vehicle. I do not give my recommendations easily, but i would never buy another truck from anyone other than Don Fisch again! Don went above and beyond of what a typical car salesman or any salesman would do for a customer. This truck had to be ordered, so there was a lot of back & forth conversations and meetings that had to take place, every time i talked or met with Don he was cordial and sincerely caring with every situation. One problem i was having was trying to figure out how to register my truck, because DEP is very strict with there policies, i was unsure of what to do, so Don went above and beyond of what anyone would do, he called DEP for me and spent hours of his time to take all the stress off of me and when it was all said & done he had all of the forms & information emailed to me so i could easily get my registration from DEP without any stress or hassles. On 3/5/13 Don personally went to pick up my truck from the place that had installed the body and drove it back to the dealership, Don then called me to tell me my truck was ready. I came down to the dealership and there was Don, with a big smile on his face, he shook my hand and congratulated me on my new truck, what a class act! The truck by the way, is awesome!!

I just purchased my second Ford vehicle from this dealership in two years. The entire team at Malouf Ford Lincoln is professional, honest and excellent at building relationships with their customers. This is a no-pressure dealership with none of the tricks you might encounter at dealerships that are just focused on moving cars. Gerry and his service team are just as important to me as Don, Dino, Sam and the rest of the sales team when it comes to selecting Malouf Ford Lincoln for my new car purchases. If you are looking for a dealership with integrity who puts the customer first, you need to look no further than Malouf Ford Lincoln in North Brunswick, NJ. And, just in case youre wondering, I am not associated with this dealership in any way except as being a customer. In fact, was never a Ford owner prior to 2011. After reading that the newly designed Ford Explorer was the Truck of the Year in 2011 I went to see what all the excitement was about at the Malouf Ford Lincoln dealership in North Brunswick, NJ. Then, after meeting the Malouf team I was certain that this was the right vehicle and dealership for me. Turns out that they always live up to their word....and that goes a long way when it comes to building a relationship with any automobile dealership.

I have never dealt with a more unprofessional sales representative in all my life! They promise service , to get you in the door or away from others so dissatified customers are not seen. Mr. DeBarrow Apparently the lead henchman and frontman promised my brother in law he would have the problem with his vehikce fixed at no charge. Then when the car was apparently done they informed him he was reapknsible for the costs in full. This after leasing 3-4 cars from them over the last few years. I would forewarn anyone seeking to purchase or lease a ford product from this dealership they seek another dealership that is more reputable! To those of you saying this maybe just one individual rant think again. On one occassion while accompanying my brother in law to the dealership , he was told point blank , " Sir unless your buying something we cant help you" Sorry but message boards are here for a reason and that is to warn others or inform others of good things! Buyer beware "malouf" dealerships arent what they seem.... Thank you

Save yourself the headache and stress. Do not take your Ford to get serviced here. After my experience I will never purchase another Ford again. The service advisor is a tool and openly complained about how he hates working at a car dealership in front of customers. He and the service manager are extremely apathetic. I never received one phone call from this service team while my car was there for close to 72 hours. I had to call each day to get an update and even then it was not a productive conversation. I ended up not getting any work done there and having my car towed to another shop nearby- which by the way, they gave the tow truck driver the wrong car (I was at work and not with the car -some blame goes to the tow truck driver too who had the color, make, and model of my car) but no apology, no sorry for your inconvenience- Im not going to give them my business and I strongly urge you do the same.

been bringing my cars here for years out of convenience but no more. this is a review of the service dept only. no matter how early you bring your car in youll never get it back in a reasonable amount of time. they say they have a small fleet of loaner cars but there are never any available and you cant make an appointment for 1. the waiting area has no amenities other than coffee. the customer service reps especially joe, sal and the guy with the pony tail i think he is the manager have really bad attitudes. they can be very condescending. i dont expect you to care about my car problems but as customer service reps i expect you to act like it. go to all american ford in old bridge they are much more professional, they have loaner cars that you can book, the waiting area has comfy chairs and free snacks and they will keep you updated as to the status of your vehicle. malouf ford service sucks.
