Horrible customer service. Lady answering the phone was always rude. And when I asked kindly to be transferred to a manager I was hung up on and given horrid attitude when I called back. Tina wasnt much better either, I wanted to purchase a 5 speed Lexus is300 which is a rare vehicle to find in the northeast. But they were selling it with a check engine light and refused to fix it and give me any information as to why they wouldnt. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Youre just throwing your money away, better off going somewhere else and getting proper service and a car that wont break down after two days.

Im putting bad ratings everywhere I can find a place to put one. DO NOT GET A CAR HERE! THEY ARE ONE BIG HOAX OF JUNK! They lie about the cars they are selling. We paid$5k for a car we were told the moonroof was left open. Lie! It did not work! The moonroof was glued by them just to sell the car. There was leaking through the air unit. I was also told by mechanics that the car was in major flooding from Sandy! Underneath the car was major errosion and after two weeks the car went into crash mode. Also, after the two weeks none of the electrical was working FROM THE WATER EROSION! Do not buy water at this place!

I bought a truck in august i have out of states license so i had to pay a little more than usual and didnt have all the money @ one time so jessica mota patiently waited for me to get all the money to pay for my registration without getting my truck impounded for late payments. She really worked with me to get my paperwork together and i appriciate her for that. I had a nice experience with her since i first purchase my truck @ M&R!!!! Thanx jess

Two weeks ago i bought a jeep liberty. It had bad power steering pump they towed from my house and had in fixed in a day very happy with tina and jessica they went out of there way will recommend
