PLEASE READ FOR YOUR OWN SAKE!!!! If i could give this place less than one star i would. WORST experience ever. Needless to say, I did not take a deal from there. Here are SOME of the reasons why this dealership needs new management. 1. The sales man felt he could lie very confidently when answering questions that i asked. I already knew the answers to some of the questions, but asked anyway. He also told me that he DOES NOT work on commission. 2. They held my Drivers license hostage for over an hour so that i feel pressured to stay. I test drove 2 cars OFF the lot onto the street without my drivers license. That is Illegal. I asked for my license back over FIVE times before finally getting my license back. 3. They throw numbers onto a paper with NO BASIS whatsoever. They have too many BS fees that they throw in there as well. I was looking at a car posted for $24K. When i calculated what my payments would add up to at the end, it was OVER $40K!!! That did not even include the taxes and fees. There was a $2,000 "preparation fee" why do you need to do that to a brand new car, or even a certified pre-owned car? That did not even account for the other $14,000 in fees that they failed to mention was coming from. 4. When the sales man finally understood that i was not a moron, he brought the over all down from over $40K to $28K, proving that the numbers they were putting on the paper were based on NOTHING. 5. After my sales man gave up, he brought his manager who seemed like a good guy and had nothing to say about the fiasco that was going on; however, he was obligated to bring in HIS manager. 6. When the higher manager came in, he began trying to guilt trip me into taking the deal, this is what i call "shameless sales" telling me that the sales man DOES IN FACT WORK ON COMMISSION. He started making up a "giant sale" that they have going on (No advertisement for any sale was apparent) 7. As i was walking out he began lowballing the price even more. In conclusion, the way that this institution is run is extremely unprofessional. I have nothing but pity for some of the people who work there who are actually decent, and i hope that they find a better job elsewhere.

Dont buy from them. You will regret it! Allow me to reply to Bill Bloom. That is called a CASH SALE! I was buying out my fathers lease. The lease was through your organization, that is the only reason I went there! I was told that I had to bring the car back to you to buy because that is where the car originated from. It took them 3 hours to figure out that they had to put the car back in inventory! I had them fax the paper work the first time because they were trying to rip me off! The total buyout for the car, which was financed through you, gave me a buyout number of just a few dollars over $11,000. When your so called sales people told me the total was going to be over $14,000, Yes I called the place I was getting the loan from and they asked that the papers be faxed so they can look them over and see what exactly you were over charging me for. Then I had them re-fax it after they fixed the overcharges. I was told to have them remove the etching, because that is just a scam. That was AFTER 3 hours of waiting for them to figure out that they had to put the car back into inventory in order to start the paper work for a sale. And I did mention several times to the so called sales girl that my daughter keeps asking for Burger King how much longer will this take!!!! She NEVER once said we will get her something. You tried to rip me off and now you think you can answer and try to turn it around a customer. Just goes to show how disgraceful this place is! And I want to mention my plates! I bought the car on May 28. I called them on June 24th before the temp plate expired on June 26th. I was told, no big deal just come down on Friday, June 26th and get another temp plate if yours are not in, call first and see if they are in yet. I called on June 26, at 1:30 p.m. that they are just now going out to get the registrations and plates, and I can come by after 4:30 p.m. WTH, 4:30 p.m. on a Friday, down Route 22. You should have been calling me about the plates, not me call you. Doesnt matter, will never go here again. I will make sure ANYONE who asks me where I got the car, and if I was pleased, make sure I tell them DO NOT GO HERE! Bunch of liars.

This is a review of our used car purchase experience, specifically with sales rep Mattew Rieger. First of all, ask for him, and dont let his youth put you off. This young man was a better car salesman than many others Ive encountered at several other dealerships. I use True Car to lock in prices, and dealerships are bound by those quotes, but there are always other negotiating points, like the value of a trade in or up sells liked warranties. Matthew was extremely direct, understood what I wanted, and I experienced no pressure. Im always on my guard during a car sake and am ready to walk on a moments notice. When they honored their original trade in value for my vehicle, I was impressed and very happy. I bought a 2014 Mazda3 hatch with low miles. It was loaded and priced to move. When Matthew first brought the car around to show, he had it running, doors open and hood up to inspect the engine--a grand presentation. You could tell he enjoyed the sales process. Most other young salespeople weve dealt with had very little sales or interpersonal skills. Matthew was great, pointing out features but never was over selling or overbearing. When we came back to buy, he insisted on a second test drive. During the purchase, he had the car detailed one more time, and after the purchase, he took some time to walk through some of the functionality of the car. This was my first time purchasing a used vehicle, and first time doing so from a dealer that want the manufacturer. My wife and I are very satisfied with the experience and would encourage you to seek Matt out if youre looking for a great sales experience!

I would like to thank Mario, Mike Delise, and the rest of the staff who helped with our purchases at Global AutoMall for their excellent service and support. They provided timely and helpful advice regarding the brand of vehicle I was purchasing. They let me know all the important information regarding the vehicle including its features along with Globals service commitment. With little ones running around along with not having any vehicles at the time due to an auto accident that occurred, we were pressed for time and needed vehicles that were both reliable and affordable. Mike was extremely attentive and he listened to all of our concerns with a great deal of patience. He also ensured that I received all the information regarding the complexities of purchasing a car. I was very thankful that Mario and Mike explained which vehicle would suit our needs best. He also solved the problem regarding the charges which we faced. Their caring approach was shocking to see from a dealer and that to us, was very important; they were truly professional. Please accept my gratitude towards Mike and his team at Global AutoMall for their speedy and efficient services. We were able to complete the transaction that same day and they even drove the vehicles to our house since they knew having 2 children while the hubby was at work would be tough on me; thanks to their attentive and alert presence. I commend them for their professionalism and superlative skills. We would do business again with them when purchasing a vehicle!!! Thanks again Global, The Lombardos
