UNETHICAL HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP! - BUYER BEWARE!! STAY AWAY! I have purchased over 30 cars in my lifetime and never in my life have I ever dealt with such an Unethical Company that not only tries to screw over their customers but break the law, and take rebates away from customers without telling them! Since it was almost 9pm the rushing then began, the finance guy blowiing through paperwork, telling me that I had a warrant from my FIRST jeep that I bought from them rolled over into the new truck, the warranty was for flat tire replacement etc. I told him I NEVER was told about that, and I even had a Flat Tire that had to get serviced a Jeep Dealership, and I had to pay for then ENTIRE thing, and NO ONE told me about it. He then said to get the receipt and get reimbursed. I made it clear I didnt want it, but he re-assured me it was a "Rollover from my Cherokee into the new one for $400). I then was given paperwork that showed $7000 in rebates, and the buy out price of the lease $38,000. So after the rushing around they then pull the truck up and I was getting told about the Grand Cherokee and the sales person then slipped and mentioned it was a 2015 I purchased!!! Not a 2016 we talked about!! He brushed it off stating that 2015 is the last year of the 100,000 mile warranty. At the time I was so pissed that I was lied too. By this time it was 10pm so I took the Truck home and wrote a formal complaint to Chrysler about this. BUT NO ONE CALLED. To make matters even worse I get a phone call from the finance manager telling me I forgot to sign a few papers and he needed me to come in right away. I told him I could not because I was extremely busy, so he then decided to send the sale person to me with the "paperwork I forgot to sign". Well guess what? IT WAS AN ENTIRE NEW CONTRACT!! The New Contradct showed only $3500 in rebates NOT $7000, it showed a $600 Road Warranty THAT I DID NOT WANT, and it showed the price of the vehicle to be $41,000 buy out! I told them I was not signing it, and it was extremely shady and disgusting! Finally the Truth comes out and they tell me that I did not get approved through Ally Financial but I got approved the Chrysler but Chrysler did not have the $7,000 in rebates. It only showed $3500 in rebates! I told them I could not believe that they could not just TELL ME that I did not get approved through ALLY and the FACT THEY LIED and said I forgot to sign some papers was UNETHICAL Business Practice and someone needed to be held accountable! I spoke with the General Manager and told him if he could not get the deal that I agreed to then I DID NOT WANT THE TRUCK. So I sent them financials of my business, and waited 4 days for him to call me back, he never did! I finally called the salesperson Justin and he told me everything was good and I got approved with the same deal through my business with Ally. I asked him why did not ANYONE call me about this??? I then asked why they have not called me to fill out paperwork that shows that I have the truck under my business name, and the sales rep told me "oh yeah you can come down and sign it"! I HAVE HAD THE TRUCK FOR TWO WEEKS NOW! NO ONE HAS CALLED ME! NO MANAGER! NO FINANCE MANAGER! NO ONE HAS TOLD ME MY PLATES ARE IN...NOTHING! I ALSO WAS PROMISED MOPAR RUNNING BOARDS FOR THE INCOVENIENCE AND NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME..NOTHING! I am disgusted by this dealership and the unethical practices displayed.. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP...UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET TAKEN!

I tried to buy a backup camera today from Dover Dodge. Matt in the parts department said he could order it without a problem, but he wanted to make sure that service would install it. No problem, Ill speak with service. The Dover Dodge service department was a little apprehensive as its an aftermarket receiver. I asked if it would be agreeable for the Dover Dodge service department to install the camera and wiring if I took the responsibility of connecting it to the stereo and calibrating it. I was told that we could do that, and it would cost about $288. Im assuming that was just for the installation, which is odd since the Dover Dodge website says that the part with installation would only be $335 and the part alone is $253. The Dover Dodge service department was trying to help me out and get my camera installed quickly, so I was sent back to the Dover Dodge parts department to see how long it would take to get the part in. I was told 3 days (which made me very happy) and sent back to the Dover Dodge service department. This is where the fun begins. The woman working the phone sent me back to Matt in the Dover Dodge parts department. He was confused as to why I would be talking to him again, asked me to hold, then sent me back to the Dover Dodge service department where I was promptly hung up on. I called back, since I understand that accidents happen. This time she put me on hold for 6 minutes before someone picked up the phone and immediately hung it up again. Ive personally witnessed this before when picking up a vehicle after having it serviced at Dover Dodge, so I wasnt as surprised as I was angered. I called the Dover Dodge parts department again, since that was the number that was in my phone already and I had decided at that point to just order the part and get it installed somewhere other than Dover Dodge. If the Dover Dodge service team cant be bothered to answer the phone properly, Im not confident that they have the ability to work on my vehicle which is far more complicated. When I called a 3rd time I was asked to hold, which I did. After a few minutes someone answered and asked what I needed. I said "I was just speaking with Matt about a backup camera, is he available?" This question was answered with a deep sigh and the sound of the phone hanging up again. Over the course of about 12 minutes, Dover Dodge managed to hang up on me 3 separate times. In the past I have purchased 3 vehicles from Dover Dodge. A 2009 Ram 1500, a 2007 Chrysler 300C, and a 2011 Ram 1500. In the time that I have been dealing with them, I have never had anything but trouble with Dover Dodge. Ive had enough. My service contract with Dover Dodge is done, so I have no reason to ever give them another penny. I hope Matt didnt order that backup camera, because Dover Dodge is going to be eating the cost of that one. Im not calling back. For anyone confused by the constant mention of Dover Dodge during this review, its for search engine purposes. If one person searches for Dover Dodge and sees how awful their customer service is, the annoyance of squeezing the name Dover Dodge in as many times as possible in a bad review was worth the effort.

If there were 0 stars, then that s how I would rate this place. Buyers beware!!!! If you are even considering a dodge then beware period! But to buy from this place!!!??? Dover Dodge has a beautiful sales area... But then you buy the car you want, it starts to fall apart and then everything else unravels!!! The service area looks like something out of silent hill... All besheveled and disgusting... Then you try to get serviced by that crappy service package they sell you and it all goes to hell. You have to deal with a jerkoff by the name of Joe in service... What a piece of crap as a service guy and a human being... I have never met anyone any more miserable than this guy! And its not like I dealt with him once so Im flashing my opinion, it was several times and each time as horrible as the last. Then you try to complain about the horrible service and the manager is not any better... Then you get some bogus bill and they dont give you the car back until they have your money... Just to give you a scenario, I ... s how I would rate this place. Buyers beware!!!! If you are even considering a dodge then beware period! But to buy from this place!!!??? Just to give you a scenario, I took my new car in that is falling to pieces and they tell me that I need new front brakes and it would cost me 250 bucks to change the brakes. I have done brakes myself and a new set of brakes cost roughly $50 for the pair and take about 15 minutes to do. They had the nerve to tell me it took them 1 hour to check out the brakes(which I told them not to do) and then they tell me that diagnostics on the brakes cost me $96 plus tax!!!! This place is a joke, do not go here!!!! My car is not even 3 years old and is falling apart. I have taken this back to Dover dodge to get repaired 4 times in the past 7 months and have gotten wrong things fixed and nothing but headaches and a bill afterwards, even though I had a service contract! Definitely beware if you plan on buying here.... This place is filled with scam artists and technicians that are dishonest! The only thing that is pleasing here is the sales person that is willing to sucker you into a sale!
