Prices are usually good. Love the fact that bonus card members get weekly coupons for 1 free item every week!! The hot foods section is a hit or miss and this is why I gave only 3 stars. The hot Chinese food is usually always good. The fresh made pizza however, not so much. Its cold by the time you get to the check-out line and always sloppy looking. I got an upside down pie once and it was disgusting. They mustve layered 3 inches of chunky pizza sauce on top of the pie. Ive never eaten an upside down pizza with thick chunky sauce, and its never more than a thin layer just coating the cheese on top. Unfortunately I did not look at the pizza before I left the store or else I would have refused to pay for it. By the time I got it home it was ice cold and everything hardened on the pie. I called the store immediately and spoke to a manager who was apologetic and very willing to rectify the situation. I brought the pizza back to the store so the mngr. could see it and hopefully learn from it. When I handed the pizza over to the manger the bottom of the box was so saturated from excess sauce that the pizza fell through the box. He instantly gave me a refund for the pizza and a gift card to use at a later date. Their hot wings are not so good either, they are either too dry or overly smothered in sauce, and they are usually rubbery from sitting in a hot box all day too.

Horrible experience, will never go back. Untrained staf period. From the minute I walked in with my family there were three shopping cart attendants sitting on and infront of the carts. They didnt move when I walked over to get a cart. They were more interested in the young ladies walking by. 2 steps into the front door there was an attendant mopping the floor with no wet floor sign to be seen. Every checkout line was open which was great however I watched a supervisor bounce between three lines because the cashiers had scanning issues with pretty much every customer. 2o min in checkout line with one shopper infront of us when we were trying to exit as quickly as possible. Total nightmare.

Beautiful clean store with friendly and courteous employees. One of the items I needed was not on the shelves, and a young lady in customer service asked one of the young men to check for me. He went into the back and managed to find two of the items for me. Everything about this store is 1000 percent better than the Pathmark that previously was at that location

Plenty of variety of different items . Great food selections fresh food, Chinese and sushi area, the pizza is cooked on sight. Only issue is the store card for digital coupons doesnt always work so you have to get out of line go all the way around to customer service. Thats a major pain to do other than that its a good store.

They arent bad. Bright and clean. Basic international foods isle. No fresh cilantro. Maybe they were just out. Basic customer service. No ones thrilled to help you but they do their jobs anyway. The guy at the deli took extra effort to come around and help me find something. That was a plus. This was my first visit.

Cheating at cash register. Gave cashier a $100 bill, then counted change and realized $4 were missing. Cashier tried to short change me several times. Also, they are not honoring sale price and trying to charge regular price. This is a newly built store. Pathmark used to be there before.

Moved to Media from Drexel Hill. Was used to the Shoprite in Drexel Hill. Love the sales. Knew where everything was at. This place is HUGE. Itll take some getting used to but, love it. Also, it was 10pm and I think there were only 3 shoppers in the store

Outside of learning to find everything. I had a good visit. I love their different food bars. I only wish they were able to cook my seafood or specifically fry it like they do at their Christinas Crossing in Delaware

Great design, well stocked, great selection. In addition to normal supermarket items, they also have a good court with pizza, chicken, and sushi. Add to that a week stocked beer garden and this place has it all!

I use the home the delivery service often and order food from my Ipad. Very easy and convenient to use. Sometimes they dont have the items I want available but usually give a discount on the delivery fee

Great brand new market!!! Easy to get in and out! Shoprite carrys lots of name brands as well as store brands and has great pricing on both. Try their soups and meals to go - you wont be disappointed.
