If your paying to have your phone broke even more i highly recommended you give this shop your money. $60 was spent into fixing my Iphone 6 battery. Literally 5 hours later service went out in phone. Thought maybe it was my sim but, a new sim card was ordered and the phone still went in and out of service. I visted the store a total of five more time after my phones battery was replaced. The same problem still was occuring. The second to last time I visited the shop the sales clerk said," im sick of seeing this phone". It was completely inappropriate to say in front of a customer especially a customer that has been corporating the whole entire time. My phone experinced glitches and soon had vertical colorful lines. When i brought the phone back up to the shop he was very nonchalant and did not even try to open the phone up and take a look. The same day I managed to get my phone looked at by another company and when the company opened the phone up the camera strip for the phone was ripped out and placed on the battery. I had my phone for a total of 2 1/2 years and NEVER had this many problems at all. I highy do not recommend anyone give this company your time or money!

UPDATE: After speaking with the manager they fixed my iPhone, replaced my screen, and gave me the screw that was missing. Then my speaker quit working and he also repaired that and threw in a case too. He handled the situation very professionally and explained the warranty process to me this time. Very thankful! I took my iPhone 6 to ifixandrepair it only took him about 20 minutes to repair my busted screen, but when I came back to pick it up my home button was stuck and Siri was continuously going off! He took my screen apart again only to find he left some busted glass under the new screen! He cleaned it up and fixed it again. I left, put the phone in my pocket, walked directly to my car only to pull a BUSTED iPhone with MISSING screws! So my screen is now busted (because their screens are very cheap) and I have 1 screw, therefore the screen wiggles (because of the sloppy work) I go back the next day and all he tells me "Those screws is hard to come by and you gon hafta pay for a whole new repair". This is the worst phone repair Ive ever had.

Horrible place. I figured theyd be the perfect place to go to have my iPhone fixed. Like maybe they specialize in Apple products. But they dont. I shattered my screen and my phone worked perfectly for a whole month while shattered until I went to them and had the screen replaced. Then it started glitching like crazy. It really became a pain to use. I took it back up and he said "go home and download the update. Literally plug the phone into the computer to install it. Then give it a few days". So I did. But by the time I done all i was told to do, my warranty was up. So I was stuck with a horribly messed up phone. I luckily dropped it again and refused to take it to this place. Thankfully. I took it to battery bulbs on hwy 5 and they told me there was all kinds of oil under my screen and one of the internal screws were missing. Now my phone works perfectly since it was cleaned out and handled professionally. I would not go to this place. Dont ruin your phone with them.

I shouldnt even give one star. These people have no clue when it comes to phones. I was first told an hour for a screen replacement. Took them two weeks to get the screen and never called to tell me it has arrived. I took my phone in and after 6 hours they still didnt have the old screen off. They kept saying one more hour. People would be better off buying a new phone/tablet versus paying an arm and a leg to fix what they have already. Nearly 500 dollars to fix my phone and they couldnt figure it out. Save your time and your money by staying away from this place. I told them to put my phone back together and demanded a refund. This company is a rip off.

Worst experience with this business! Took my iPad here and I got it back worse than when I left it. And they expected me to pay for this customer no service...NOT! When I called and spoke with a manager, the entire store employees Id previously dealt with were fired, which further supports the reason why you should stay VERY FAR AWAY from this business! When asked for her name, the manager told me she didnt have one...lol! You dont want to take your device of any kind to a business thats so unprofessional! Go to the Genius Bar or anywhere other than here!

I took my Samsung Galaxy S5 into this store on Sunday. I was instantly met with a warm greeting. My phone screen was shattered and totally blacked out. Within 30 minutes, I had my screen fixed and phone working better than ever. Pricing was fair, customer service was amazing. I am a very happy customer and will definitely go back. I recommend them to anyone.

I took my phone to Ifix it & repair to repair a broken screen and the people in the store were very friendly and gave me the full attention I needed . Soon as I walked in the store is was greeted . Theyre a fast service as well they got my phone fixed with in 20-25 minutes. Will definitely recommend people to go there and fix theyre phones.

They are great very professional.. I will recommend everyone to come here .Brendon have worked on my boyfriends iPhone plenty of timess ,we have always got A + work the phone always look brand new... Wow...Im so excited...I went into the mall @I fix and repair...my dude "B" was so very helpful...he repaired my phone and got me out of there so fast...Im truly do happy with the service I go today..I would strongly recommend this story and repair person to everyone!!!!

Bryce gave very professional and wonderful service today with Mr. Coreys assistants. Not only did they fix my cracked phone, but the speed on my phone moves much faster and they controlled the nerve racking glitches on my phone. Their service was great!
