ADDENDUM: Below is my negative review which is self explanatory. Why did I update my review and change it from 1 to 5 stars? Well, within 2 hours of posting the below review, I was contacted by Chris the regional manager. He apologized for the rude handling of the admittedly minor fingerprint issue. He stated he would make things right and he kept his word. Not only did he personally clean the glass the next day I was available to drop by, but he also offered financial compensation for the frustration and extra time I spent. It is clear that my issues were with an isolated employee and not the company itself. I was impressed by the speed of the companys leadership in responding to my situation and their desire to make things right. Having been through this experience, I can say that I recommend them for repair of your i-pad or i-phone as they truly do stand behind their warranty, and they do not tolerate poor customer service by its employees. I only wish more companies had such strong business principles. 5 stars all the way and thanks so much to Chris for caring enough to make things right!!! See Addendum above before reading below: First off, Ive never written a review (good or bad) for any product or service before. Lifes too short and busy for these things but the guy at this place ticked me off (over what is admittedly a minor issue). Our kids busted our i-pad mini screen. Found i-repair in Florence and for $130 we had a new screen. Mini worked great and I was very happy. Then I went to apply a screen protector and was cleaning the screen really well and noticed a fingerprint on the inside of the glass that I could not remove. I called the Florence store where it was repaired and they said no big deal come on in and we will remove the screen and clean it. I was fine with that. Accidents/errors happen. No big deal. I drive out of my way on a busy work day to drop it off. The guy looks at it for about 5 seconds and says he doesnt see it. I show him where its at. Again, "I dont see it". I then ask him if he thinks I drove 30 minutes for an imaginary fingerprint because he was getting a condescending attitude like I was making it up. At that point he tells me that the risk of cleaning the screen was very high with the i-pad mini and if its not easily seen its better to leave it. All of that may be true. I dont know. Im not a computer person, but isnt that why I took it to them in the first place? They should be able to remove the screen and clean it without breaking the i-pad in some way right? Was this request too much for a place that does this screen removal and replacement all day long? All I know is the arrogant ass attitude that he portrayed certainly didnt align with their warranty "All of our repairs come with a 1 year defect warranty. If our installed part is not functioning properly, stop by a store so we can make it right. Please note that the warranty does not cover accidental or water damage." I wasnt upset about the fingerprint. Just wanted things made right. I called before going to the store and they said come on in. I come on in to drop it off and I get the third degree from some computer guy about something they did. I get that the fingerprint issue is not huge, but it seems like a simple request that turned into a guy getting all defensive and acting like a jerk to a paid customer. Poor follow through on a stated warranty issue. Will find another vendor in the future when my kids break the current screen (fingerprint included).

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE HERE. READ THIS!!!!!I wish I could give them 0 stars. I had my screen replaced multiple times. First time it was my fault. The second time my phone broke was because they bent the frame to my phone and didnt fix it or inform me, so the screen went purple. They fixed it, but third time the screen broke was because they did not correctly secure my screen back in place and within a week it had white lines through the screen. They repaired it again, but THIS time, I got it back and my Touch ID would no longer work and no longer gave me the option to set up my fingerprint on my iPhone 5s. Also, when making phone calls, my screen would stay lit and while Id be talking my face would be hitting all the buttons. And my screen also would bounce. I put it in my case and next thing I know it cracked where it was loose. I took it to them after calling and speaking to them to assure it was going to be covered under warranty. I ONLY WENT BACK MULTIPLE TIMES DUE TO THE WARRANTY. I live over an hour away. I went back and gave the man my phone who barely spoke a word to me, he repaired it, THEN TELLS ME ITS $100. Seriously?! He told me it had a warranty, I drove all the way there, and handed him my phone personally but he waited till AFTER the repair to tell me to pay. UNPROFESSIONAL. Then when I informed him I had no money, he quickly went to the back and emerged a few moments later with the phone again, on which he had reinstalled the broken screen. I took my phone to a certified Apple Store for a professional repair, and THIS IS THE BEST PART.... THEY WONT TOUCH IT FOR LESS THAN $150 BECAUSE IREPAIRS EMPLOYEES BROKE THE CABLE TO MY TOUCH ID/HOME BUTTON AND INSTEAD OF OWNING UP TO THEIR MISTAKES, THEY USED SCOTCH TAKE TO TAPE THE HOME BUTTON IN PLACE AND ALSO SCRAPED THE METAL PRONGS ON MY MOTHERBOARD AND THAT IS WHY MY SENSORS NO LONGER WORK PROPERLY. I WORK HARD FOR MY MONEY AND THESE PEOPLE JUST TOOK COMPLETE ADVANTAGE OF ME JUST BECAUSE THEY COULDNT OWN UP TO THEIR MISTAKES. WILL NEVER RETURN.I HAVE A STATEMENT FROM THE APPLE STORE AND I WILL BE SEEKING REIMBURSEMENT FROM IREPAIR.

I called today (3/17) with issues on my speakerphone as well as my charging port. In a 10 minute phone call, Mike told me what he thought the issue would be and was able to set a same-day appointment, despite being very busy that day. I showed up early to my appointment but was still able to get serviced. I was expecting to pay for a new charger port, and Im certain iRepairs competitors would have gladly replaced that for me. Instead, Mike thoroughly cleaned my port and properly diagnosed my speakerphone issue. Since the diagnostic was free, and we decided my speakerphone was not an urgent issue, he gave me back my phone with no extra cost. I cannot speak to the quality of repair work, but I can attest to the customer service and plain dealing that is lacking in their competitors. Knowing my luck with phones I will absolutely be back when something breaks. 5 stars. Recommend.

Had a terrible experience. After they replaced my phone screen which was $185 my sensor that makes the phone screen turn black while your on a call was not working. I took it back and they could not fix it and asked me if it was a big deal. For $185 it should be fixed perfectly but I said no and left. After about a week I found it very annoying because every time I was on a phone call my cheek would hit buttons the whole time because of the sensor not doing its job. So I took it back and told them I really needed them to fix it because it was frustrating for me during phone calls. So they fixed the sensor and I was so relieved. Until a few days later I realized my front camera was no longer working. Total rip off, and I wouldnt recommend anyone to ever get their screen replaced here.
