Since ive gotten metropcs its been very bad service, cant send text messages, cant recieve or send photos, the phone service is just straight out horrible. I wont be getting metropcs anymore niether would I recommend it. Bad service man, I cant believe i even gave them a chance and there service is This bad ! Like its horrible and im so mad i spent my money on this.

I bought a phone with one of the sales person there named karla shes short with black hair shes very helpful and very sweet. she helped me choose a great phone and plan. if I ever go back I would purchase again with her, she has the patience, very nice , shes explaining things very well. very very nice person, glad they finally got someone who is very helpful.
