My frustrations began when waiting for the store to open, online it states the store opens at 12:00pm on Sundays. At 12:15 a staff member arrived, I walked up to the store and was told very matter of factly that they,"changed their store hours to 12:30pm on Sundays." I did remark that they should likely update their website. After waiting in my car for the location to offically open, I then was told that I was not an authroized user, although I was added yesterday via their online service. The customer service representative rudely told me I could come around and look for myself, she then said I could call my mother inlaw, but she couldnt verify anything over the phone and she would then need to call customer service to add me. I understand errors occur and she had no control over me not being listed and the process she is required to follow, but some actual customer service with kind words wouldve been appreciated and I wouldve gladly given them my business. Moving forward I would reccommend driving a little further to Florence for assistance.

Most unhelpful and unfriendly staff. I wanted to upgrade, and got there 15 minutes before they closed and they said it would take too long and that they couldnt help me. They said sorry and completely blew me off. I will never be back.
