Very slow , dont come here if you DONT HAVE PATIENCE.Very rude customer service, I added a line at this T-Mobile store , I came back months later to close that line. The same lady that helped me out open it supposedly closed the line. I went to another T-Mobile to ask for information on my account She never closed the line. If I could not give a star I wouldnt, if you dont mind the Drive the one on east west connector is 5 times better.

The worst service ever. A walking to the store I didnt get greeted and it took them like 10 minutes to acknowledge that I was there and I dont have time to wait that long Im not an impatient person but they were moving so slow and one person was on the phone the whole time Ive been to better T-Mobile store this by far this is the worst. They set me up for failure with being able to afford my bill and now Im stuck. They lied to me just to get the sale and it screwed my bill up so badly that I can barely afford to eat now . Thanks a lot

This is the worst location to go to for assistance. I mean the WORST!! No common courtesy in this place. The employees were rude. Customer Service isnt their strongest suit at ALLLL at this location.
