My family and I just switched to Verizon; because of an experience we had at this store. Michael, a retail associate, is arrogant, rude, and treats everyone like they know nothing (even if you know for a fact he is clearly misinformed on what he is speaking about). Michael tries to tell YOU the plan YOU need (because no one knows what you and your family need better than some stranger. Right?). He is also LAZY. In todays competitive wireless market you hear of wireless companies and their employees bending over backwards to retain customers. Not this employee, he will not lift a FINGER to help you, please you, or keep you as a customer. After he made us feel like idiots (when he is the real idiot), tried to tell US what plan was right for US, and could not fix a mistake made by T-Mobile itself (regarding an EIP mix up) we told him that was it, and that we were switching carriers. To this he simply shrugged, clearly he could NOT care less. Just today we went in to return a coverage device to the store, and he goes, "Where is the label?" and we say, "Why do you need it?” and he goes "To ship it duh". Well I just read through all the paper work for returning the coverage device, and it clearly states "Drop the boxed device off at a UPS drop location with the included prepaid mailing label. OR. Go to a T-Mobile owned or Authorized Dealer Store to return the coverage device". No mention of a prepaid label needed to drop it off at a store. However since Michael is so LAZY he of course would not do anything for us. We will NEVER go back to T-Mobile because of Michael. What a jerk. Here is to hoping he gets fired.

Two weeks ago (09/15/15) my wife and i went to this T-Mobile store to order an iphone 6s rose gold, the person that was helping us his name is Andrew Mcdowell, everything seem to be ok he ordered the phone and we paid the deposit, but some how our address is not going though, so he said he will call us so we can come in and pick up the phone, i waited and he never called so i called other stores to see if the iphone 6s has arrived and it did, so today (09/30/15) i went to this T-Mobile store again to pick up the phone and the manger told me he never order it for us, so the manger start telling me bullshits about how we been getting a lot of problem ordering the phone, but clearly it was there fault (Andrew Mcdowell) and now we have to do everything again and the phone will arrive in 6 to 8 weeks so during this 6 to 8 weeks my wife has no phone the use, this is one of the worst store ever, he has costed us so much problem and didnt get blame for, because of this i will never go the this store again, now my wife and i are deciding if we should change to Verizon or At&t because of this!!!!

I just called TMobile Peachtree City to ask about phone unlocking. The rude lady started giving me directions, without really letting me speak about my specific concern. Once I told her what I really needed to know, she arrogantly said, "I dont know what youre talking about." Lady with no manners at all, if you actually let me speak in the first place, you would know what I am talking about. If you cannot do any better with your manners in talking to customers, stay away from doing customer service. You are just giving your business a really very poor reputatation!

Service is terrible. Management needs to be replace. More happy employees need to be hired. No one greeted me, and once they found out it was a technology problem, instead of a sale their demeanor changed. As if I was a problem. Sandra was no help but Richard did do his best to fix my problem. I Will be letting my book club and friends know they should think about changing carriers. The networks is reception in the woods is better then this store work ethic.

On multiple occasions this store helped us with customer service issues when tmobile customer service was less than helpful. Theyll tell you your options and give honest feedback on pros and cons of different devices and plans.
