This place is a joke!! I bought my $400 phone here get it home an it wont charge (they said its a new phone). Go back to the store the girl working gives me another charger an said its charging now. And it did, but 5 days later my phone wont charge again! I call and the store owner tells me no refunds, only exchanges and I need to go buy a new charger. So I did, 2 days later phone stops charging. I go to the store an explained everything, the owner tells me (he has an attitude in his tone of voice) everyone is having problems with their iPhone 5 chargers. He insists its not the phone. He says " I tell you what, you go buy a good charger from the Apple Store or bestbuy bring in receipt and I pay you half back". I left an bought a charger brought my receipt with me an showed him (it was a $20 charger) he shakes his head and says "no Im not giving you any money back". I mean really?! There was a young man working also that witnessed everything, I looked at him when the owner told me that an he gave me the oh well youre S.O.L look.. Yea well I guess I am but hopefully this will be a warning for potential customers for this place!! Their a rip off, I would rate them 0 stars but I had to click on the star to write a review!

Went there dropped! 180 on a Samsung Galaxy s3, first mistake, leave realize it wont even dial out, go back to the store 10 minutes later, no cash refunds SURPRISE!!!! Then they push an IPhone 4 on me. Lucky me right? Spent almost an hour there for the manager to program the phone. She was so frustrated she told me go home and come back tomorrow if it didnt start working by itself. We call the next day to tell her its not working can you just pay our phone bills with the $180 of course more excuses. I asked her who the owner was she refused to tell me I told her I was filing a complaint with The Ohio Attorney General aka Mike Dewine. So good luck scammers time to shut your scheme

My phone was acting really stupid it would take five minutes to even dial a number! The girl that works there saved me from having to buy another phone and she even backed up all my phone numbers and pictures so I would not ever loose them! I am not the brightest person when it comes to phones but they dont care, they help me whenever I need it! If you need help or need a new phone go here because you wont regret it!!

I went there with my broken screen iphone5s the team works there were so friendly and fast the guy I think his name is Moe told me that my phone will be done in an hour after an hour I went back and my phone was ready to go thank Moe and your team for the wonderful service

Just got a new phone with a great plan, 60 $ for unlimited high speed, my friend has it and he watches movies off of Netflix all month long. They gave me a big discount too! I get all my phones here because they have great customer service..
