You will undoubtedly get the best of the best service at this particular Verizon. We came in yesterday to switch carriers, and both Tony and Olivia were educated in what they were selling! They were great sales associates that truly had your interests in mind. They did not try to make you purchase miscellaneous things just to get more money. They even stayed a little over an hour extra after closing time to get us all completely situated before we left. They did not rush us always having our best interest in mind. We are definitely going to this Verizon in Peachtree City from now on! Thank you, Tony and Olivia!

We just switched from another carrier because their service was atrocious and our retail associate was Olivia. Olivia was absolutely fantastic she was ver knowledgeable about plans and services, and she always tried to make the best recommendation for you. When they did not have the phones that we wanted in stock she simply ordered them for us. She is very polite and funny, but she is also very professional which we loved! Anytime we go back to this store for anything we are asking for Olivia, because she is the best!

I had the absolute worst experience at this Verizon. DO NOT have Tony help you in the store. He seemed like a super honest super nice guy trying to help me get a good deal on a phone. He told me there were no extra charges on my phone bill for activation fees or other fees because of the Black Friday special. When I got my bill back it was charged SIX HUNDRED dollars on my verizon bill. Do not waste your time with Tony. Choose a different Verizon location.

Employees Montagious and Olivia gave excellent customer service today. They were patient, professional, and competent. They repaired problem I had with this phone in a timely manner and explained functions I could use in the future. I dont like going to corporate locations because a lot of times, you are just a number but not here! Bronz took the time to get to know me and determine what would be best for my needs and budget. He made the process simple and explained what changes I could expect on my bill. Working with him was a great experience and I will definitely be recommending to others!

In and out! The girl with the red hair helped me upgrade to the 7plus super quick with no problems and I got a new case too. Although the stools hurt my butt, I wasnt there for long. Great customer service! Cute chick too. I used to be with TMobile and I would be in there for hours trying to fix small problems. Not with Verizon. Good Job! Worth the switch.

I had a wonderful experience here with the store staff. Not certain the corporate folks know how important this store is to keeping Verizon customers. If Id had to deal with the other Verizon store in this city, Id be a Sprint customer today. Better data plan new phones and great customer service.
