I had a note 7 that I bought online, but bought the case and glass screen from them. When the note was recalled, I was told by Verizon that the store that I bought it from had to take the accessories back because the phone was recalled. This store tells me that they cant take the case back because it was over 14 days, and that I had to get a replacement glass screen from Otterbox because they had to order it since they didnt have any in Stock. The only reason I was returning any of it is because the phone was recalled. So now Im out 60 bucks. I will never set foot back in this store again.

I LOVED this store! They have a fantastic staff, everyone is extremely friendly, and they are more helpful than anyone at the other Verizon stores Ive been in. I bought an iPhone 4 from them and they completely set it up for me, added all of my phone numbers, and even put the protective cover on it for me!!(those things can be tricky) I appreciate their service so much and plan to continue going to them, and I would suggest any Verizon customer pay them a visit when in need of help :)
