I was talked into a phone that I didnt really want, with the reassurance that if I wasnt happy with the phone, I could return it within two weeks and get something else. Okay, great. What wasnt disclosed, and was one of the things they skip right over when having you sign your life away, is that there is a $75 restocking fee. My intent was to return the phone I hate and purchase a phone on Verizons website with a $100 off coupon code and Ebates. I didnt want to eat my $75 or go through the hassle, so I ended up exchanging the first phone for the one I originally wanted. This was after being in the store for 3 hours while they tried to activate my plan. It was a big headache and Ive never experienced anything like that at other Verizon stores. I was very patient and polite throughout the whole process, and the store manager was as well. A few days later, I went to the Florence Verizon store (the actual Verizon store- not authorized retailer) and one of the reps there said that the authorized retailers are known for pushing phones based upon commission. What was more interesting is when I returned to the authorized retailer to return the phone I didnt want in the first place, the girl working informed me that "he probably didnt have the one you wanted in stock" so he pushed the one I walked out with. Shady, shady. The lastest problem has emerged with the delivery of my first bill. After showing him all of the necessary proof of employment, and being promised my government discount was already applied to my bill and would be going forward, I found out that it was not/has not been. I called two separate numbers with Verizon customer service to verify that. They told me employment must be verified through email or paystubs only. So, either this store manager lied, or he has no idea what hes actually doing. I will never return to this "authorized retailer" for Verizon and I would recommend no one else does either. I apologize for the ramble.

When I first started having problems with my phone, I went in the store to have them look at it for me. The two behind the desk were very nice (Maria and Angie, I think), and they helped me out a great deal. When I ended up having to get a replacement phone anyway, I called to see about getting my numbers back without going into the store - I was on a time crunch. The woman who answered the phone (I dont know her name, because she mumbled the whole time she was on the phone with me and sounded like she sincerely hated her job) told me that I would, in fact, have to go in the store. When I said, "Oh, okay," her response was, "K, bye," and she hung up on me. Had I had future questions, I certainly would not have tried to get an answer out of this woman. I was clearly wasting her time.

Well first off they never answer the phone. Both employees there are rude as can be. I have the Note 7 recall, so I ordered a different phone on October 14th and they tell me its 5 days away. I go in and no phone. They call me and say that it is there. I go and its the wrong one. My new phone isnt being shipped until Nov. 11th. In the meantime I have a phone that could burn up at anytime and not once did they offer up a temp phone or even act like they give a crap. So do yourself a favor and pick a different Verizon store.

I had the exact opposite experience from what was described in the reviews here! The store has had a recent turnover in ownership, and I heard that they hired a ton of new people that were very knowledgeable not only about the phones, but plans and details of capabilities of each phone or plan. I do wish the store had more demo phones though, as I would have liked to test a Samsung Galaxy S3... Overall - very helpful staff, and I would go back to see Steve or Emily for any issues with my phone or plan any day!

I would rather go to an actual Verizon store. Youre not going to get the prices or deals you would at a Verizon store.

Why can you not answer the phone?
