This place is a total scam. I went into get the glass fixed on my Iphone and their website said $129. Then the guy asked me for my passcode which I refused. He said he need it to see if the LCD screen was damaged. When I unlocked my phone and handed it to him he said he had to charge me $170 because the LCD screen was damaged. I told him I didnt care and I just wanted the glass fixed. He said he would still have to charge me because my LCD screen couldnt be repurposed. I asked " What do you mean repurposed" He said "We cant repurpose your LCD for someone elses phone because its damaged". So I said "So your going to charge me more because you cant RESELL my old parts off MY PHONE!? He said " Basically, yes" Uneffing believable!!! This is totally false advertising and boarder line fraud. If you dont want to get scammed, dont go here.

I made an appointment for 5 pm. I chose this place because the price in the Internet was a special 89.99 to repair the glass for 5c model. When I got there, the tech, Miles, says my LCD is "bruised" therefore the special doesnt apply. I tried to negotiate saying it would be more fair since that was the only reason I was at that store and not Apple. He didnt care, was not apologetic and proceeded to say it was $109. I was so angry, but I was already there. He said so do you want it fixed or not? Yes Im already here. I come back 30 minutes later, my glass is fixed, but guess what isnt visible? Any LCD bruise. A good business would have honored their advertised special. Quick service but definitely not customer oriented.

Took two items in that both had cracked screens. A phone and tablet. They priced the phone quickly. Then proceeded to tell me they could not price the tablet; but changed their mind gave me a price and I stated I could replace it for less, ( I bought it for less) They told me I was wrong and then argued a minute turned around and started to walk through their white curtain. I then picked up my sons broken phone and stated I guessed they didnt want to fix the phone and left. Never is it good business to argue with a potential customer, insult them, and forget they brought more than one item in. Sorry for them because I have a total of 6 items at minimum off 200.00 a fix; You just lost at minimum $1200.00 in sales.

Took my phone for a cracked screen. Paid approx 250 Picked it up 1 hr later and they put my rubber protective cover on it. I bought a new one and holster and was excited to have it fixed. Upon taking the cover off, I noticed the home button was loose and the screen was installed crooked.i called the store to tell them it was messed up. Then 2 days later the screen turned pink purple then black. As I use this phone as my business line and email, I had to buy a new phone same as old for 265. Took 1 week to fix. If I depended on there repair I would be out of business.

Ive used iRepair Solutions 3 times now(iPhone 5 and twice for my Samsung s5). the customer service is amazing. they where friendly explained the problem clearly, gave me my options, and finally did it all with the understanding that I was angry I had dropped my phone. the actual work was flawless, the phone felt like and behaved like a brand new phone, plus they give you a guarentee on the work so if it breaks or doesnt work properly in the next bit they will correct it. Overall A+ in Quality and Service!

My IPhone6 would not turn on after my children accidentally spilled fruit juice on the device. I set up an appointment with iRepair Solutions (Kenwood). They called me to find out more about the situation and made a preliminary diagnosis and repair plan. I received updates about the progress of repairs. A couple of days after bringing in the phone, I picked up the phone, fully functional once more. Great service; accurate diagnosis and updates; fair price. Couldnt be happier!

walked in and 20 minutes later my iPhone was fixed for 1/3 of what the Apple would have charged. got a one year warranty on my new screen. There was a unrelated problem with my phone later that day and it got fixed right away with the warranty. Will definitely return and recommend to friends and family. Chris did a great job and is very friendly.

Went to have an iPhone 6 screen repaired. The associate Chris was great. He fixed the phone in less than one hour. The one year warranty is great too! I would recommend iRepair to anyone with an iPhone. Service was so superior to the Apple Store in Kenwood.
