Horrible experience with Taylor H. Taylor if you dont want to work... just stay home! My wife went in to handle 3 things. Taylor says.. "Thats gonna take like an hour." in an almost valley girl accent. Tells my wife she cant turn off the tablet radio and that shes not ready for an upgrade. We go to Florence and everybody is great. We get a 200 dollar credit, upgrade works, they turn off the tablet radio. Cmon Taylor and Russell Cellular! Get your act together! I suggest you go to Florence and skip the frustration with the horrible customer service youll get at Russell. I wish I could give them 1/4 a star!

Just bought a new phone at another retailer. Had some questions and was in the area so stopped in. Sean helped me tremendously and I cant thank him enough. I would recommend this location. Sean was helpful to me and I didnt even buy anything from him. Just think about the service you will receive if you actually purchased something!

These people are TERRIBLE . Not at all an experience I receive when I go to an actual Verizon store . I will never set foot at this location again . If you value your sanity find literally any location but this one .

Went to have my contact transferred. The gentleman working there wanted $20. All the other Verizon stores have done it for free. I will not use this place. The in Cold Springs is much nicer!

Not a real Verizon store. Run by a shady organization - go elsewhere and save yourself the hassle. They also have stores on the east side and lawrenceburg Indiana
