One Man Electrical Band
Youll never find a more wretched hive of scum and villainy as you will at this location. While Clifton is cleaning up thanks to UC, there are still some total trash walking around. It took me an hour to complete a transaction here... People were constantly coming in cursing to a point it made me blush. Not a great location to go to!
