dont go to the At&t store in Jeff all they want to do is F#$% you. I wanted to upgrade my Galaxy note 2 to a Galaxy note 4. simple right! Not. I went online did the research for each plan. Plan 1: At&t "Next plan" 20 months for $846 grand total Plan 2: 2 year contract $300 out the door with the phone and after 2 years $540 grand total. < THE PLAN I WANTED Plan 3: no contract $846 out the door. I go in salesman treys to sell me on plan 1 with some crazy math on his scratchpad. telling me how plan 1 is so much better then plan 2. I tell him the heck with it give me plan 3 and let me walk out of here with my new phone. He tells me Oh well I cant just let you walk out with a phone and not a monthly plan. so I go ok and walk out. so I didnt get the plan 2 I wanted. he didnt make a sale of $846. and Ill go online and make my purchase. dum ass sales people.

I have never seen worse customer service. I went to the store to get my phone activated. The customer in front of my was trying to exchange her phone. To make a long story short, the customer service rep called the police on the on the customer in front of me when she asked him to return the phone she had purchased from him earlier. After that, when the police had left after they realized that their was not an issue. I asked the man to please help me copy the contacts from my old phone which to the new phone that I purchased. He said that it would take to long and I should do it my self. I also wanted to add the Blackberry Connect feature to my plan. He said that I should just call customer service because he would not do it.

Aaron and the team have amazing customer service!! Went in 2 weeks ago to pre order 2 iPhone 7s Aaron had been super busy all day but had seen an email come a crossed about a new promotion. When I came in he thought I would qualify so he quickly check it out for me and I did and it made one of the phones free. He got me all set up with all pre order. Was so impressed had the first phone with in a week second a week and half! Couldnt be happy with the service. Every time I go in they are super helpful and knowledgeable!! Thanks guys!!

if you want to ruin your day go deal with these people. Youll likely spend an hour waiting to see someone for them to just tell you to use the phone in the corner of the store and call customer service. These employees would rather do anything than help the paying customers. If I was AT&T Id just close this store and apologize to anyone that has ever had to deal with this store. I switched to Verizon....best decision Ive ever made. I couldnt deal with AT&Ts version of customer service anymore.

I came into the At&t store on 10th st because my phone wasnt working. I had an at&t device with straight talk service. Even though it wasnt the right carrier the representative, Alex, still helped me run diagnostics on my device. He seemed very knowledgeable and once he gave me my options I just decided to switch back to At&t. I even got their TV and internet! 5 STAR SERVICE!
