I had an excellend experience with I-Tech Solutions. I brought in a disassembled Iphone 5C with a broken screen and in under an hour, they had it back together and functioning perfectly. It has now been two weeks since I had the repair done and my phone is still working great. Also, their prices are amoung the best I have ever heard of and they gave me a very fair amount of money for a broken Iphone 4s. I would highly reccomend this business to anyone who needs a smartphone repair. I have heard a lot of bad things about phone repair shops around the city, but this business is definitely an exception to that trend. In addition to excellent work, the employees in the store are also very helpful and honest. I hope I never break my phone again, but if I do, I will definitely be going to I-Tech Solutions.

This review is well overdue nevertheless, the guys there at I-TECH Solutions really know their stuff. My wifes Notebook 5s display was cracked about two months ago and after calling around as well as doing a little price researching to have it repaired I settled on I-TECH Solutions. Mainly because after looking into which cell phone repair shop was rated better in the area theirs was among the top. Only took them a day to have the phone ready and even replaced the charging port with a newer one. Long story short, being from another city and finding honest people here who enjoy what they do for their customers without the up-sell or dishonest work is refreshing. Thanks fellas, and I havent forgot I will be around soon so that you can look at my tablet!

I had a cracked screen on my Samsung Galaxy repaired here near the end of 2016. The cost for repair was cheaper than other locations. Service was quick and owner was absolutely professional. Dropped my phone off near closing time and was able to pick it up the next day. There was what I believed to be an issue with sound from incoming calls the day I picked up the device. It took a day or two for me to realize that the store was kind enough to put a plastic protector over the new screen which is what muffled the sound. Peeled it off and was good to go. So glad I realized prior to contacting the store back. Thanks for the good service!

Had two devices repaired here... friendly staff and quick turn around.. but the quality of repair was not good. One screen replaced and it wasnt very sensitive to the touch as it was previously and screen had a line in it. Second device had a screen and digitizer replaced and it worked great except the microphone didnt work. Wasnt able to take the phones back to be looked over again because of being out of town. Based off my experience. I can neither recommend or not recommended this place... but I will say if you do visit this place to have a device repaired or any repair shop.... thoroughly inspect your device before leaving.

I went to I-Tech solutions after putting off getting my computer fixed for a year. I read reviews over and over to make sure this place wasnt a fluke. I am SO happy i went. The service was GREAT. Not only are they quick but they are SUPER friendly. They explained everything that was going on with my computer and when he was done he explained everything that he did to repair it. He walked me through everything step by step. I-Tech will get my business whenever i need ANYTHING repaired. The guys in here honestly treat you like they have known you for years and thats always good for my business!!!! Great job guys

I went to this business today to have a broken screen fixed and a new charging port. Their prices were very reasonable and the gentleman who took care of the phone was exceptionally nice. They did not try to sell me anything I didnt want, nor did they try to tell me my phone needed other things besides what I was there for. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone needing to get their phone fixed and I will definitely go back when I need their services again. He told me initially it would be a two hour wait and because I was coming so far he got it done in an hour for me. Very pleased.

AWESOME SERVICES. I barely ever have the effort to write reviews online, so this is legit. I was worried that My iphone having a cracked screen wouldnt be able to be fixed or it actually being another problem. The guy who fixed my phone (dont remember his name) was bald with facial hair was very nice, and gave me a good deal for a new screen, and case. He made my phone look new again. And even helped move my UPS sticker that I have to have on my phone, up on the upper half of my phone so that youre able to see it with my new case on. Theyre awesome. Id highly recommend them.

Ive been to this store more than 5 times...Verizon recommended them to me when my iPhone (that I had bought second hand bit the dust a day later). My first experience was more than exceptional. They fixed both of my problems (the screen went out and I couldnt hear callers voice) within an hour and the cost was half of what the other stores were charging. Ive since then bought other phones from them. They are very caring..they listen to what the customers need/want. Ive never walked away without being satisfied. And no...this isnt itech writing this review lol.

Fantastic job! The glass on my Galaxy S3 shattered the other day so I decided to call around to find the best price to get my phone repaired. Everywhere else was more expensive to do the same job so I brought my phone here. Im extremely glad I did. The gentleman who fixed my phone was extremely nice and explained everything he was going to do to repair it. My phone looks and works great now. He also answered any other questions I had about my phone and was a big help. Ill definitely be coming back for any phone repairs Ill need in the future.

Went to I-Tech Solutions after breaking the screen on my LG Optimus (my screen had broken once before, and i took it to IExpert studio in Mall St.Matthews, and they damaged something in the repair and my volume buttons stopped working!) These guys did the work for the same price and repaired their mistake! super quick too, i could have picked it up hours later on the same day but i had no transportation so i had to get it the following day. I will be back for all my phone/tablet/technology repair!

This is a real person with a real profile and real story. New screen and digitizer 165 bucks on an iPhone 6s. Quick service, honest workers. Said I had and 80% chance that it wouldnt work. I felt like I was treated fairly. Why would I drive to the east end, be treated rudely and charged 50 bucks more for the same service?? F that. Ill keep my money in the communities where I live and work. Friendly folks. Will come again for any electronic issues I have. Thanks!!

I took my sisters broken phone there, she is handicapped and she feels better when she has her own phone to call me. They are very friendly and helpful. When i asked about purchasing a phone to replace the broken one, instead of letting me pay a more expensive price for a phone they were able to fix hers and it was less cost to me. Because they had the part it was repaired right there while i waited. He said he wanted to make sure she got her phone back :)
